Putin’s and Gerasimov’s statements on November 20 about the “complete liberation” of Kupjansk and the “readiness to bring foreign journalists to Kupjansk” were received with humor by the Ukrainian soldiers outside Kupjansk, as by that time the Russians were already completely cut off from the city.

Day after day, the enemy attacks our positions on the left and right banks of the Oskol River to once again break through the road to Kupjansk.
