“1,500 chickens were lost on E20 last night – road closed

During the night, E20 between Skara and Götene has been closed due to up to 1,500 chickens on the road, reports Göteborgs-Posten. The police arrived at the scene around 4 o’clock and their theory is that the animals fell off some form of transport. The operation lasted for several hours.

– There has probably been quite a bit of chasing, says police spokesperson Johan Håkansson.
