According to the publication Astra, which conducted an OSINT analysis, the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in Orsk was targeted. This is one of Russia’s largest refineries, with a processing capacity of approximately 6 million tons of oil per year.

According to information from the Exilenova+ channel, a linear production and dispatch station in Perm is likely on fire following the strikes. This facility serves as a key node in the Transneft system, responsible for pumping, storing, and distributing oil via main pipelines.
