👍 India has indeed been on the brink all the time. The United Kingdom, USA, and Australia should be able to win back India. And surely, European-African cooperation would help in gaining influence over India. In Africa, China and Russia have quite a few tentacles, but India was involved in Africa long before. Synergies?

How do you draw the line between those who contribute and those who benefit here? Is a police officer contributing? The police chief? Should doctors have lower salaries than me? Should the head of a hospital take a pay cut when becoming a manager instead of being a doctor?

I don’t know if you misinterpreted, but I was discussing the social contract, and what you bring up here is a part of that, and the country cannot function without doctors or police officers.

I obviously meant the big cake –

– administrators, communicators, administrative staff, subsidies, and so on, which become quite a large group.

So, I did not mean that a specialized nurse should have a salary lower than a part-time mail sorter at a private company.

I meant those who are not part of the social services that we as citizens need but still have managed to find a way to earn a salary. We have over 300 government agencies, for example.

For some strange reason, those who truly make a difference earn less and there are more and more people on top of them in the pyramid who receive good salaries.

Soon it will probably be like in the military where there are three generals for every GRG soldier.

And then deal with the USA and buy American if they buy European.

Cutting China, Russia, India, Asia, and everything else.
