Russia’s nuclear weapons are probably a fairly large part of the reason why the West has been so restrained in Ukraine.

Now, when Ukraine is bombing the oil infrastructure, there has been silence with the nuclear threats, unfortunately. 

Is it Mutual assured destruction they are afraid of, or have they realized that they have drunk away a large part of their arsenal?
