It’s probably not an American attack on Cuba underway, as they wouldn’t have sent a bunch of resources to the Middle East, but rather a security measure the USA is taking in the face of a potential attack on Iran, which has promised full-on war. Prepared to shoot down any Iranian missiles launched from a Cuba militarily allied with Iran. Or at least make them think twice.
