The terminal handles petroleum products for export, including deliveries from the oil refinery in Novoshakhtinsk. Video clips circulated via several Telegram accounts showed large flames and thick smoke rising from the site. Russian regional authorities confirmed a fire and that air defense was active, but they did not acknowledge any damage to the terminal, <br>The Ukrainian defense has so far not said anything about being behind the attack.
