The USA and RU probably won&#8217;t agree to this, but even this proposal is a total disaster for the EU &#8211; a total disaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the EU doesn&#8217;t pull itself together immediately, we will be left holding the whole mess in our lap by autumn at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RU could, as soon as this is implemented, reinforce the border with UA with North Koreans and maybe some Chinese, and then take their ENTIRE army and position it against Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukraine will never restart the war at its border once they stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And after this epic betrayal from Europe &#8211; why would they sacrifice lives for us in the future?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.5 million RU soldiers on the border with the Baltics + 100,000 Belarusians &#8211; all are battle-hardened or have been trained by veterans from the 2025 war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Europe simply isn&#8217;t ready for this yet, not a chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\u201cDisagreements over sending troops to Ukraine are just the tip of the iceberg in much tougher negotiations over the country\u2019s \u2018militarization,\u2019 according to numerous European sources who are increasingly speaking out openly.\u201d<br><br>\ud83e\uddf5 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/V4JQd4uttU\">pic.twitter.com\/V4JQd4uttU<\/a><\/p>&mdash; French Aid to Ukraine \ud83c\udde8\ud83c\uddf5 \ud83e\udd1c\ud83e\udd1b \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6 (@aidefranceukr) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/aidefranceukr\/status\/1912802870367248723?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 17, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And Zapad 2025 is just a few months away&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ONLY thing that can prevent this is if Ukraine advances in the war, but Trump is doing quite well at sabotaging it, and Europe is not managing to counteract it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceasefire:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-The parties commit to a complete and unconditional ceasefire in the air, on land, and at sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Both sides immediately begin negotiations on technical implementation, with the participation of the USA and European countries. This occurs in parallel with the preparations of the agenda and framework for a comprehensive peace agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitoring of the ceasefire shall be led by the USA with support from a third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Russia must unconditionally return all deported and illegally relocated Ukrainian children. All prisoners of war shall be exchanged according to the principle of &#8220;all for all.&#8221; Russia must release all civilian detainees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Security guarantees for Ukraine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ukraine receives robust security guarantees, including from the USA (similar to Article 5), even if there is no consensus among allies on NATO membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-No restrictions shall apply to the Ukrainian defense forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-The guaranteeing states shall be an ad hoc group of European countries and other willing non-European countries. There shall be no restrictions on the presence, armament, or deployment of friendly foreign forces on Ukrainian territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ukraine continues its process for EU membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Territory:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Territorial issues shall be discussed and resolved only after a complete and unconditional ceasefire has taken effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Negotiations on territorial issues shall be based on the current front line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ukraine regains control of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant with American assistance, as well as the Kakhovka Dam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ukraine shall have free passage on the Dnieper River and control over the Kinburn Peninsula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Economy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-The USA and Ukraine enter into an agreement on economic cooperation and mineral resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ukraine shall be fully rebuilt and compensated economically, including with the help of frozen Russian state assets, which remain frozen until Russia compensates Ukraine for its damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-The US sanctions imposed on Russia since 2014 may be gradually eased once a sustainable peace is achieved, but they can be quickly reinstated in case of violations of the peace agreement (so-called &#8220;snapback&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Russian psyops have now started around India &#8211; Pakistan \ud83e\uddd0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everything is set, India is to finalize agreements, India is sending aircraft carriers, Russian psyops are underway, and JD Vance is in the area &#8211; all within a two-day window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are all involved in this in some way&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then we have China, someone suggested, and it is already known that India chose the USA over China in the trade war and also imposed tariffs on China.
