It is so much that I wonder about the motivation of Europe&#8217;s elected officials not to do as Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Russia\/Putin has always had a firm grip on the reins and likely been able to calculate outcomes quite easily. They stay just behind the actual red line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then the war started, and they had to constantly seek help and guarantees from the USA to continue to have predictability and control when Ukraine started to become unpredictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FSB didn&#8217;t pay the bribes and the military, who had booked all the tables at all the restaurants in Kiev for a week after, went and died on the roads leading to the capital. Except in the south where the bribes were paid and they crossed the Dnieper River at lunchtime on the first day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several times, the USA almost had to save Russia from crashing completely on its own &#8211; VDV is probably the worst in this context, but the invasion of Russia in winter 2023 comes in as a close second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because guess if it was in some kind of coordination with the coup that then played out in June 2023 &#8211; vodka run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or when the USA kept leaking Ukraine&#8217;s battle plans to Russia so they kept Kursk 2024 secret from the USA, catching Putin completely off guard &#8211; it&#8217;s nothing less than treason that Sullivan and Biden have been up to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now the EU has broken away with Finland and France at the forefront, and Scholz and Biden are on their way out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early signs indicate that Trump may not be very fun for Putin here &#8211; but I&#8217;m quite cautious about commenting on him at all until we have something to go on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And at the fronts, there is no progress at all despite escalating losses and Ukraine&#8217;s capabilities are increasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the strategic drone war and partisan war have COMPLETELY spun out of control for Putin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have now reached 2025 where Putin looks weak &#8211; the sharks are circling in the water and smelling blood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, he had the FSB on his side and the entire coup was thwarted before it even started, and the subsequent purge was enormous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there are many who would like to take over the country of Russia and leaving Ukraine and starting to plunder the country again with new leadership is attractive to many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Putin has lost control and it&#8217;s a matter of time in my assessment, and this time the USA or EU will not try to soften the fall at all with small cushions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But yes, the key is not for the West to once again come to Putin&#8217;s rescue when he has dug himself too deep and is starting to get worried.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Biden proudly declared that he alone had avoided a nuclear war with Russia &#8211; we may have to wait a few months to hear a dumber statement than that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Zelensky, RU has 600,000 soldiers in the Ukrainian army (guessing that FSB, Rosgvardia, the navy, the air force, etc. are not included here) and UA has 880,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First and foremost, this means that quantity is not a quality for Russia because they do not have the quantity on their side, right \ud83e\udd23<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But above all, it means that it is the West that has supported Russia and ensured that they have not lost by &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Geographically preventing Ukraine from attacking at attractive locations so Putin could concentrate forces elsewhere, but Ukraine has been forced to defend these locations as Putin has not had these geographical limitations. They have given Putin a local quantitative advantage by forcing Ukraine into certain areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-They (USA and probably also Scholz) have leaked Ukraine&#8217;s battle plans so Putin could counter them in good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-They have prevented Ukraine from taking out the FAB bomber planes that replaced the artillery when it was swept away, and have been Russia&#8217;s most important indirect capability that has enabled Russia to advance and hindered UA&#8217;s offensive operations. The USA is like the bank, not your friend, and I think everyone understands that Trump is not our friend either, except for a few who are enchanted by maga. It&#8217;s best to assume that we ourselves will solve the problems in our own backyard now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But that was 2024, it&#8217;s behind us &#8211; now when everyone wants to talk about Ukraine folding. The fronts hold, Ukraine is on the rise, and Russia is declining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Putin is in for a very classic &#8220;read the room&#8221; moment here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He thinks it&#8217;s still 2022 and will get a big blow in a few months, to everyone&#8217;s great joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Russia is being droned VERY heavily right now, billions worth are going up in smoke daily, and if you remember
