Right now, prices are starting to get so high that many electricity companies&#8217; business models have become strained, both in prices to customers but also for the longer contracts, and whether they even offer anything other than variable rates for longer.<br \/>\nSummer houses should probably also be avoided since they become an additional cost all year round that is noticeable, and now you can start flying south again at reasonable prices.<br \/>\nInterest rates are probably also on the rise (even though SBAB lowered theirs) and when buying, the current interest rate applies. At the lowest, some lucky ones were down sniffing around 1% or just above for variable rates, and today it is at +3% list rate.<br \/>\nOverall, and since wages have not increased, purchasing power should have decreased significantly here, add to that fuel prices and rising food prices.
