Families with small children are already on the edge in terms of energy and money without this millstone, and pensioners in mortgage-free houses get hit by electricity prices and inflation.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s lurking in the undergrowth here is probably unemployment?<br \/>\nIf purchasing power drops = risk of increased unemployment, I think?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"import-comment import-comment-level-1\">\n<h3>10:28<\/h3>\n<p>Very scary and too rapid shifts, the thread (not the blog) absolutely loves to burst out in a collective &#8211; &#8220;what did I say, if you didn\u2019t listen, you have only yourselves to blame&#8221; to articles like these.<\/p>\n<p>If all loans were locked until February 2023 and a bit into 2024, then we probably did what you thought and moved out of Stockholm, now it never goes well anyway so have a lot of square meters in a culturally historic house where you get zero energy improvements \u2013 this winter won\u2019t be fun but you can probably wash yourself with a damp cloth and I\u2019ve heard you shouldn\u2019t go below 10 degrees..<\/p>\n<p>In the 30s it was own homes, the 70s the million program and before that nuclear power and wind power.<br \/>\nNow you belong to the privileged if you don\u2019t shower cold and have a large mortgage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>09:51 Just read that 80% chose variable three-month rates when signing up for mortgages.
