They absolutely have been, their infiltration units are operating and wreaking havoc all the way over at Engels (there was a rumor about laser designation) and in Russian cities (I understand these are different units) so they have definitely been inside and sniffing around Kreminna as well with their reconnaissance and SOF.<\/p>\n

I always forget what it\u2019s called but is it the SBU or the military equivalent that is constantly moving around in the shadows partly as counter-force against Russian Spetsnaz in Ukraine but also on the Russian side.<\/p>\n

During WW2 the US had cracked Japan\u2019s code and could concentrate forces and anticipate them all the time after Pearl Harbor.<\/p>\n

The Brits succeeded with the same against the Germans when they got Enigma?<\/p>\n

The Germans at least had no problem intercepting the Russians because they spoke plainly all the time, if I remember correctly?<\/p>\n

At the invasion of Ukraine we were told that the Russians talk on mobile phones so it was super easy to figure out battle plans and then we have US intelligence which must be light years ahead because they have been able to pinpoint a few hundred staff locations that regroup every day and also take them out right during briefings within a few hours, when fairly high-ranking officers participated. Harder than finding a needle in a haystack.<\/p>\n

Ammunition depots and positions are now camouflaged but always revealed by wheel tracks and traffic to and from as long as you have eyes on the area, partly drones but then the all-seeing eye of the US.<\/p>\n

It simply isn\u2019t possible to tactically adapt past that and the reinforced bunkers can\u2019t withstand a hit from 155mm or stronger. The reinforced bunkers are probably meant to withstand a near miss and by then the other side has fired hundreds of shells over the area. If you lob 155mm at the same point a couple of rounds are enough to bury the platoon\/group?
\nIt\u2019s almost smarter to spread them out in the bunkers than to gather them at one point.<\/p>\n

In fact, they should cover all bunkers with tarps but that will probably take about half a year before we get there.<\/p>\n

Intelligence gathering on the ground \u2013 partisans, pro-Ukrainians in conquered areas and SOF\/reconnaissance works well too.<\/p>\n

Then we have all the rumors that the US has eyes inside the corridors of power and more than once we have received information suggesting that they chose to preempt something by going public with it.
\nThe latest attack on Engels was probably a day before they were going to launch missiles on Ukraine again and there were fewer.<\/p>\n

This can be added to all the other capabilities Ukraine has an overwhelming advantage in.<\/p>\n

Probability 1 that Russia turns inward during 2023 \ud83d\udc4d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Throw Hungary out of NATO and put Turkey on a warning, bring in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and that other country so the encirclement is complete.
