{"id":8905,"date":"2024-03-05T08:46:56","date_gmt":"2024-03-05T07:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/johanno1.se\/2024-03-05-3\/"},"modified":"2026-09-28T09:27:57","modified_gmt":"2026-09-28T07:27:57","slug":"2024-03-05-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/johanno1.se\/en\/2024-03-05-3\/","title":{"rendered":"2024-03-05"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"import-comment import-comment-level-0\">\n<h2>10:48<\/h2>\n<p>Isn&#8217;t the falling electric car sales, 81% drop in sales of newly built apartments, increased bankruptcies in the construction sector, reduced construction and all that a sign that things are slowing down in Sweden?<\/p>\n<p>We have noticed that it has become easier to get handyman help for the house, previously they barely responded to inquiries unless it was bigger jobs.<\/p>\n<p>It feels like things might get a bit rough going forward, so we have settled all the loans we can and have been saving the rest since last summer to prepare for a worse period. It goes against my plan to have some loans that are eaten up by inflation, so we will probably end up there anyway, but SEK is weak so it has been beneficial to pay
