According to the publication Astra, which conducted an OSINT analysis, the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in Orsk was targeted. This is one of Russia’s largest refineries, with a processing capacity of approximately 6 million tons of oil per year.

According to information from the Exilenova+ channel, a linear production and dispatch station in Perm is likely on fire following the strikes. This facility serves as a key node in the Transneft system, responsible for pumping, storing, and distributing oil via main pipelines.”

The target of the explosion was Major General Azatbek Omurbekov, who commanded the Russian troops in Bucha. A bomb was planted in a mailbox on the landing of house 55. One person was killed and several others were injured.   It is not yet known about Omurbekov's condition.
