      It is the country in which the ship is flagged that has complained and that must demonstrate that this has occurred. Iran and other similar states howling about piracy or Greta Thunberg sending a pre-recorded message claiming this has low credibility.

Newsom is often mentioned as a future presidential candidate. This is about more than just immigrants, this is the beginning of the election campaign.

        Her employer might have provided her with a protective vest that says “press” instead of the same type of face mask that the demonstrators use for disguise. If one is to operate in a confrontational environment, it is important to be clear about who you represent.

          If you insist on being in the middle of what’s happening, you have to expect that things can happen.

          On the other hand, if you stand with your back to the police 20 meters away, holding a bright blue microphone and surrounded by a bunch of photographers, you might think that you shouldn’t be shot at. Not even if you were one of the protesters, as she probably didn’t come across as a threat.

          I guess she wasn’t the intended target. The shooter would probably need a few hours at the shooting range and, most importantly, realize their limitations. In this case, it was a rubber bullet, but in a real situation, an innocent person might have died.

            Many journalists who misunderstand the idea of being at the center of events and go to Turkey without press credentials or position themselves between police and demonstrators dressed in the same disguise as the demonstrators. Perhaps it’s time for journalists to wake up and realize that they are not the ones the reports should be about.

            Sure, it may seem strange to shoot a journalist but we do not have the complete sequence of events clear to us.

              I don’t think it was the journalist who was the target, but someone behind, but if as a police officer you are not sure that you are hitting the right target, you should not shoot unless possibly if you are under immediate threat of death.

              You can’t seriously mean that it’s entirely the journalist’s own fault, can you?

              Even if it wasn’t a journalist but a demonstrator, one should not have to be shot in the back, not even with a rubber bullet.

        We only know what the person who filmed from their car encountered something and it’s edited together.

        For example, if that trip took half an hour and captured all that, there could be a lot more being transported. However, if it was filmed during a day and that was the only thing encountered, then maybe not so much, but if it looks similar every day, then it adds up.

        “A record build-up of forces in half a year” I interpret as meaning that it looks like that most of the time. 

        But it’s just speculation, but if it refers to what we see in the film, then it’s not huge amounts.

    Russian forces advancing beyond Pokrovsk-Kostiantynivka highway – Ukrainian military

    Russian troops are currently pushing from the eastern side of the Pokrovsk agglomeration and making significant advances beyond the Pokrovsk-Kostiantynivka highway, which runs east of the city of Pokrovsk.

    “They [the occupiers] are now advancing from the eastern side of the target — the Pokrovsk agglomeration — with considerable force, actively pushing beyond the Pokrovsk-Kostiantynivka road, which could give them two strategic options if they manage to advance further north,” said Viktor Trehubov, spokesperson for the Khortytsia Operational and Strategic Group of Forces.

    According to him, one possibility is to attempt another flanking maneuver around Pokrovsk, this time from the eastern side of the agglomeration. Alternatively, they could move toward Kostiantynivka and attempt to encircle it from the west. This area could also serve as a springboard for further advances to the north by Russian forces.

    On June 8, Russian forces attempted to breach Ukrainian defenses near Bahatyr, Shevchenkove, and Zaporizhzhia in the Donetsk Region.

    The Khortytsia Operational and Strategic Group of Forces reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

    “The enemy tried to break through our defense lines near Bahatyr, Shevchenkove, and Zaporizhzhia in the Donetsk region. All attacks were successfully repelled. Russian forces continue to concentrate troops and resources for further offensives.     Russia has burned about two-thirds of the fund in almost 3.5 years and if it continues at the same pace, it should be depleted in about 1.5 years, so around the end of 2026.
