It almost sounds like it has to be a first-hand contract to count as non-homeless. Then the report is purely descriptive, it should rather be called some kind of subject brochure, a party submission.

In total, over 4,070 children under 18 years old were living with their parents in long-term housing solutions, with just under half of them being single mothers.
During the survey week in April 2023, over 4,400 individuals were reported to be in some form of acute homelessness. This includes staying in shelters, emergency housing, protected housing, public spaces, or similar situations.
Over 3,200 individuals had arranged some form of temporary housing during the survey week, with most involuntarily staying with acquaintances or relatives. Over 2,700 individuals were in the process of leaving supported housing, institutions, or facilities without having their own housing.
