I have worked with classified information but maybe not at that level recently.
The system is incredibly slow and we had security personnel who were extremely annoying and you had to run around with rolls of drawings or encrypted sticks and internet-free rooms.
I find it very hard to understand how this could have happened and wonder if it is not a combination of unsuspecting officials of a somewhat newer generation and then some influence operation. If you sell it as necessary digitization etc., maybe it went through.
Why else would it specifically go to Serbia, India is usually the IT hub?

I basically agree with the point but at the same time feel that if you execute confirmed quisling collaborators who have committed treason through their position, then that should be okay?
Isn’t there something called martial law for certain crimes, and maybe high treason/treason has that?

What I think would look bad for Ukraine is if they started torturing and executing Russian prisoners of war, but so far we haven’t heard about that, or if they bomb obviously civilian targets in Russia. Now that is unfair since the Russians have committed much worse abuses and half the world still thinks they should get a pass, so Ukraine could actually ignore everything and just go full throttle but they seem to be the adult in the room.
