Great health, respected Ukrainians and Ukrainians, the main thing for today is that Starlink and Starshield have restored operation at the speed that existed before all these restrictions. Now the speed is as we need it; restoration began tonight, and by morning the speeds were already sufficient for the use of this link. I want to thank everyone who helped us with the restoration of Starlink and Starshield's operation, who supported our Ukrainian communication regarding this problem and ensured the return of normal conditions. This is very important; it is important for our frontline logistics, for the protection of Ukraine against jet Shaheds.

In the morning, there was a report from the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Yevhen Khmara; we conducted checks, Starlink and Starshield are working. I thank all Americans, all our partners, who took all this seriously, very seriously, and are truly helping us. Thank you to congressmen, senators, all media, the State Department, and the president.

The protection of life matters. We will continue communication with partners so that other levels of our cooperation with America are restored. It is very important that the supply of interceptors for air defense be updated. Regarding interceptors against Russian ballistics, there are packages that we are still waiting for, and these are packages from both Americans and European partners.

Packages that have political decisions. The third aspect is that we are preparing a meeting in Europe with representatives of the American president and also our European partners. Europe must be involved in diplomacy. Ukraine always involves Europe. And next week we are considering that diplomacy will continue. There is also an agreement regarding Oleshky. Implementation should happen soon to unblock access to Oleshky in the occupied part.

In the temporarily occupied part, Russians mined the roads, and because of this, the situation is important. Extremely important. We hope that it will be possible to carry out this humanitarian operation, unblock Oleshky, provide access to bring in food, bring in medicines, so that people could leave this zone of combat operations. We have agreed on this several times, at different levels. Ukraine is fulfilling its part. We count on the American means working.

A few more things. There were also meetings regarding the situation in our regions and in the capital. Administrative issues here in our capital, regarding the resilience plan, preparations for winter, the protection of people, and the protection of infrastructure. There will also be changes in some regions. And, of course, I want to thank our warriors for their accuracy. Our Ukrainian long-range capability worked again. We used sanctions against Russian manufacturers who work for the war. This is our entirely fair response to the war that Russia is waging against Ukraine.

Russia must end it. And there should be no alternative to peace. I thank everyone who is with us, who is with Ukraine, who is with our people. Glory to Ukraine!
