If anyone is wondering why I’m not posting as much as I usually do.
Things have piled up at work where several clients have urgent issues that all need to be resolved as quickly as possible. My presence here will therefore be a bit more limited for a week or two.
Of course, I won’t be completely absent, but probably won’t be posting as intensively.
Take care of yourself!
Chinese hackers again?
Fight buddy 😊
Out of 170 battles, 151 were distributed along the fronts as reported below. A noticeable pressure in the north, barely noticeable or low in the northeast, decreasing but noticeable to strong pressure in Donetsk and low in the southern front.

The situation in the Pokrovska and Myrnograd area is difficult, Ukrainian troops are fighting to hold the “pocket” – ISW

Ukrainian servicemen continue to hold defenses in the #Pokrovska and #Myrnograd areas. Despite the difficult situation on this front, defense forces are fighting to hold a pocket southeast of the district center.
In turn, the occupiers continue to advance in this area and transfer additional reserves, according to an analysis by the Institute for the Study of War.

Battles for Pokrovsk and Mirnograd
Ukrainian forces recently cleared #Rodynske (north of Pokrovsk) in an attempt to hold the northern shoulder of the pocket.
– At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are counterattacking in Pokrovsk and its western outskirts to prevent further Russian advances.
The Russian offensive in the northern and western parts of Pokrovsk has slowed in recent days, likely due to Ukrainian attempts to counterattack
The occupiers are continuing their offensive in the eastern and southern parts of Pokrovsk, which may indicate that Russian troops may attempt to create a semi-encirclement to support Russian efforts to encircle Ukrainian forces in the city and, ultimately, force Ukrainian troops to retreat from the wider cauldron.
Russian forces also likely retain fire control over Ukrainian land lines of communication , complicating the logistics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In addition, Putin’s forces are simultaneously working to complete the encirclement of the entire pocket and its elimination.
However, the prospects and timing of these efforts remain unclear.
Ukrainian Armed Forces counterattacks
As of November 10, Ukrainian forces have cleared Rodynske , and geolocated footage indicates that Ukrainian and Russian forces have recently advanced south of Rodynske
Additional geo-tagged footage released on November 10 indicates that Ukrainian forces have recently advanced into Zatyshok (northeast of Pokrovsk).
Geo-tagged footage released on November 10 shows two Russian servicemen raising flags along the T-0515 Pokrovsk-Dobropillya highway in the southern part of #Hnativka (east of Pokrovsk), which ISW assessed was an infiltration mission that did not change control of the terrain or the front line of the combat area.
Ukrainian military sources reported that Russian forces have resumed more intensive attacks in the #Pokrovskoye direction and continue to suffer heavy losses.
President Volodymyr @ZelenskyyUa reported that the Russian military command has allocated 170,000 troops for offensive operations in the Pokrovskoye direction,
“but that Russian forces lost a record 25,000 killed and wounded in the area in October 2025 alone.”
According to the General Staff, the Ukrainian military continues to hold the defense of the Pokrovsko-Myrnograd agglomeration in the #Donetsk region.
🇺🇦Logistics are complicated, but there is no encirclement: the General Staff reported on the situation in Pokrovsk and Mirnograd
The situation there remains complex and volatile. However, despite this, logistics in Myrnograd are being carried out.

Nostalgia with Finnish diplomat.
“Building good relations with Russia is a difficult task
Jaakko Iloniemi is a diplomat who worked at the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs from 1961 to 1983. He points out the common interests between Finland and Russia.
– If we think about the time before the war in Ukraine, we had quite a lot of trade with each other. There was tourism to both countries. If the relations work, both benefit from it.
The veteran diplomat quotes Finland’s former president Mauno Koivisto when asked about Finland’s foreign policy goals.
– “Good relations with neighbors”. Under these circumstances, it is quite difficult to have good relations with that neighbor, if not impossible.

Thank you 205
Finland’s relationship with Russia will surely recover, but Russia must stop its wars, and I don’t think that will happen as long as Putin and his associates remain in power. He is now so filled with bitterness mixed with self-righteousness that he can never see that all the new NATO countries, and all those who turn their backs on him, do so because of the decisions he has made.
Finland’s relationship with Russia after the Second World War was based on mutual respect and an ability to communicate in a way that Soviet leaders understood. Russia interpreted the end of the war as a victory, Finland was forced to pay war reparations for a war they had not started. Although there was bitterness in Finland after the war, it was just a matter of rolling up our sleeves and rebuilding the country, we did not receive any Marshall Plan aid, as the Soviet Union opposed it because it would have disrupted the relationship with the Soviet Union.
The war reparations were paid off in 7 years, the only country to pay off all its war reparations. If not before, then the Soviet Union knew they could trust us. Finland industrialized at record speed. Much of the business with the Soviet Union was in the form of clearing transactions, we manufactured and delivered things that the Soviet Union needed, and they paid primarily with raw materials and energy. It had the downside that we became quite dependent on the Soviet Union, and that dependence caused us to fall deeper during the crisis in the early 90s.
The balancing act between east and west required close contacts, and Helsinki was probably, if I remember correctly, the most spy-infested city at some point. But the balancing act succeeded, and we could do business with both east and west. Sometimes the east stopped some business with the west, and sometimes vice versa. For example, the USA stopped the production of deep-sea submarines like the Mir type, after they found out about its capabilities, including during the rediscovery of the Titanic.
Finland understands how the Russians operate, and the Russians know that we speak plainly, but with Putin, it has become more complicated, he is more cunning than the Soviet leaders were.
👍👍👍
Thank you, interesting. That you understand how the Russians function. Putin seems to be, as you suggest, in a different dimension. And maybe it’s also a different Russia. Where children are indoctrinated into Putinism. This new Russian, “nyryss”, may not be the Russian that you got to know during the Cold War. And as long as Putinism has its hold on Russia, it’s not possible to normalize the relationship with Russia. It probably took a generation or two after the end of the Second World War before Germany as a country had been denazified and could again build “normal” relations with the world.
Full speed as usual in here, perfect.
A post will be published tomorrow.
I like that Sweden says that our weapons are welcome to be used inside Russia – what do you think the EU and the USA will try to do with our weapon deliveries?
Since that is Putin’s red line, we can then establish that the Tidö League is not too infiltrated.
Very pleasing, I believe he has the greatest influence in the party followed by the Left Party. So we might as well enjoy the current gang, the next government might consist of several Putinists.
Maybe we can ban S, MP, and V from winning an election with the justification of national security?
Have you seen that a damn volcano erupted and destroyed 20 years of emission reductions 😡
