  1. Overall decreasing number of attacks. With continued Russian focus on Pokrovsk, Novopavlivka, and Lyman in the east and Sumy/Kutsk in the north. In the south, continued unusual activity in Kherson (Dnipro/Prydniprovsky).

The enemy launched four rockets and 64 aviation strikes at the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using 31 rockets and dropping 112 controlled aviation bombs. In addition, carried out 5706 shelling, of which 117 are from jet systems of salpovogo fire, and engaged 3857 kamikadze drones for impressions.”

    1. During a discussion on peace negotiations, it sounded like Trump had been somewhat involved in Africa. On the one hand, one wonders if it is an American attempt to establish their own control on the continent, for their own benefit, or if the activities are playing into Putin’s hands. On the other hand, it is less likely that it would benefit China, as they have clearly identified China as their main enemy, economically but perhaps also militarily. At the same time, there are also no clear collaborations between Russia and China in Africa, from what I have read, and they seem to be acting more independently for their own purposes. Common to all three cases are natural resources. As Dr. No1 has pointed out before, a European campaign with mutual trade exchange would be a winner and could place Europe in a position of strength. But the original question of whether Trump favors Wagner or only the USA remains.

  4. Trump -Epstein
“Employees at the FBI reviewing the Epstein investigation have been instructed to flag all documents mentioning Donald Trump’s name. That’s what Dick Durbin, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, claims, saying he received the information from a whistleblower.

In separate letters to the US Attorney General and various FBI leaders, Durbin asks why the staff has received this information. NBC News has seen the letters, which were sent last Friday.”

    1. “Four women who were victims of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein tell NBC News that their suffering is sidelined by political games.

      – It feels like we are being erased. All brave women who came forward. Everything we have done to tell our story is being erased,” says Danielle Bensky, who was abused by Epstein over 20 years ago.

The case has long been surrounded by conspiracy theories that Epstein allowed powerful men to abuse girls and then used this as a leverage over them. But this week, the FBI and the US Department of Justice announced that there is no evidence of this and that no new documents will be released, which has led to extensive criticism.”

      People love conspiracy theories.

All the investigations presented show that Epstein committed suicide.

Still, only 20 percent believe that is the case, 40 percent are convinced he was murdered, 40 percent think it’s suspicious and do not fully trust the investigation.

In a global perspective with so much war and misery, this is still what triggers people. A lunatic who sexually exploited girls, he’s not even a murderer, just a morally depraved scumbag.

Otherwise, I have no opinion on the matter.

  5. “Russia faced major airspace and transport disruption overnight. 134 civilian flights were diverted from Moscow airports amid drone threats. Russia’s MoD says 93 Ukrainian UAVs were downed. In Rostov region, drone debris caused delays to 132 trains.”

    1. Peter Den Större

This thing about disrupting the Russian everyday life and its transportation system is a good thing. Hearing rumors about dead guys at the front is one thing, but having your own everyday life torn apart is a whole different story. Preferably combined with sharp drone attacks directly on Moscow.

  6. Weather

Today it is a more pleasant 30 degrees on the terrace, and there is also a light breeze blowing.

Greece seems to be getting a bit sweaty again.

“A warning for high temperatures has been issued by Greek weather authorities, writes AFP. The heatwave is expected to arrive on Monday and reach its peak at around 43 degrees on Tuesday. It is expected to subside next weekend.”

The only thing your link confirms is that he has paid some girls in Russia, perhaps not entirely surprising that Russian girls have accounts in Russian banks. The majority of the transactions have gone through Deutsche Bank and a bank in NY.

Doesn’t think it provides much nourishment to build a conspiracy that the Russians are behind.

  8. Omni is an establishment media, owned by Schibsted, whose task is to constantly remind about global warming. Which seems to be happening in places other than Scandinavia, even though we have finally gotten some summer heat.

      1. We Christians in the Western world must of course take on the guilt for Jesus’ death and for the injustices in the world in general. One may dress in sackcloth and ashes. Repent!

            1. Wondering if it was so that Jesus thought it became too complicated with all its gods and keeping track of how each one should be worshipped and sacrificed to, and that’s why he came up with the idea that there should only be one god.

              Plus 10 simple rules.

              Jesus, the first religion optimizer.

Of course, those who followed him couldn’t keep their fingers in check, so in the end, there was still a whole Bible that is both difficult to interpret and contradictory.

Bureaucracy and complicating things seem to be in human nature.

              1. Westley Richard

Religion is often used to exercise power, both within the congregations but also against those who are not part of them, unfortunately it is a downside.

En kommentator i bakgrunden pratar aktivt om deltagandet av kvinnor och skolbarn i produktionen.”

  10. “💀 Another general has died in Russia. He was the commander of the 7th Airborne Division. They are involved in war crimes against civilians in the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions.”

  11. “❗️In the Nizhny Novgorod region of Russia, a train carrying dangerous chemicals for the Russian defense industry exploded near the city of Dzerzhinsk.

Firefighters arrived at the scene in protective suits.”
