Sad and expected.
The shift is interesting in the media – “Russia recognized their freedom” “sending in peacekeeping forces”.
This is an invasion and should reasonably be described as such?
It is almost only this blog that does not fall for these shifts and avoids mission creep.

Looking forward to today’s update on Ukraine.
The Kremlin apologists of course claim that this is not an invasion but Russia has now invaded Ukraine.
Far from the Dnieper though, have they really achieved anything?
Or is this the compromise when an actual invasion did not succeed?
