I have from fairly reliable sources that the consultants (civil engineers big and small) are looking anxiously towards 2023 and at least are not hiring much.
We will see Q1 but they usually can be quick to give notice when they feel the order book is thin, I am in contact with about a dozen different clients, we will see where 2023 takes us.

Of course, I can’t let go of my old area in Bromma, this spring the peak was reached and someone got 17.5 million SEK for their villa. Then it dropped quite quickly to 11.5-13 million SEK, quite a few were sold in August..
During the autumn, there have been few listings as expected, we will probably see in January where this is heading but with higher interest rates, electricity prices, and upcoming rising unemployment, it shouldn’t go up anyway.
