I find the article below interesting for the reason that the soaring electricity bills have not yet arrived.
December – February will be at best unpleasantly high and at worst unaffordable, if the Enforcement Authority is already fully occupied they will almost have to start hiring new staff.

Have always seen the housing market as a bunch of BLTs standing in a circle buying a milk carton from each other, everyone constantly paying an extra five kronor because they know they can immediately sell it on for +5 SEK.
Instead of producing more milk, all the money goes to buying the used milk at an increasingly higher price.
-bad analogy but that’s how the thoughts go in my head…
