Many bought during covid but now everyone can travel again.
Many have had winter electricity bills of 5000 – 15,000 (yep, have heard of 18,000 SEK) per month for the holiday home.
Few buyers of holiday homes now, I guess.
Interest rates continue to rise.
Inflation increases all costs and you can only eat so much falukorv.
Risk of insanely expensive electricity prices next winter so best to get out of the sh1t as soon as possible.
