I have thought that construction services for private individuals and housing for private individuals will become cheaper going forward.
We are keeping an eye on Portugal/Spain to see if it starts to decline there.
They have, with rather poor timing, just ended their golden visa scheme and the rest of the EU is probably not exactly cash-rich, I think, but maybe there is some security thinking behind it?
