There have been rumors throughout the war about the T90M stationed in a mountain bunker in the Urals.
Two components – barbarians + equipment.
At first, they had competent barbarians and okay equipment.
Then they had okay barbarians and lousy equipment.
They saved good equipment for the 4th AC (I think) and had retirees with arthritis and the latest equipment.
Now they simply no longer have the competence at all, so even if they tried to keep some decent equipment, it’s like trying to maintain a personal weapon. We see it all the time now with tanks that can’t behave and artillery stuck in one place, etc.
RU has simply already peaked – reverse Darwinism.
UA, which has Darwinism, is getting stronger and stronger.
