Yes, that might have been wrong.
However, I have gotten the impression that we had lots of messages that South Korea was considering helping.
And now they have said that they are not considering helping.
We have seen that a few times in this war.
so I’ll park it for now and come back if new information comes out.

Should not answer here but one thing Biden CAN do if he wants.
He has great powers that he can use from November 5 – January 20.
-he can go out and say that the EU may let UA use their missiles wherever they want.
-he can go out and let Poland do whatever they want.
-he can go out and say that there should be a no-fly zone in western UA and that troops from the EU are welcome.
-he can go out and say that UA may attack into Russia as they wish.
-he can make decisions about surplus equipment.
-he can take a personal stance MUCH more clearly that Russia should and must be fought.
