Ukraine has carried out a major attack on the Gazprom-owned refinery in Moscow, and several fires have broken out.     Försvarets materielverk (FMV) has signed a framework agreement worth four billion kronor for the purchase of the mine-laying system Skorpion 2, reports TT. The agreement with the German manufacturer Dynamit Nobel Defence is valid until 2032.


    Skorpion 2 can be mounted on several different vehicles and can deploy 400 anti-tank mines in four minutes.
