Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky is set to meet France’s Emmanuel Macron, Germany’s Friedrich Merz, and the United Kingdom’s Keir Starmer to discuss support for Ukraine on Sunday, reports The Guardian.
The meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s residence on Downing Street in London.
This week, attacks between Ukraine and Russia have intensified. On Friday, Russian leader Vladimir Putin rejected Zelensky’s proposal for a face-to-face meeting.
The US’s Donald Trump has said it would be good if Zelensky and Putin met, but also said that both sides must “compromise.” It was unclear on what.

A good proposal, to use frozen Iranian assets for the countries affected, but why don’t we hear a word in the USA about using the frozen Russian assets and giving them to Ukraine?

The same reason as why people shuttle back and forth to Moscow and never ever to Kiev? The same reason as why they are received with a red carpet and there is a photo from that meeting in the Oval Office? The same reason as why they constantly talk about concessions as necessary, but then from the Ukrainian side?
