Ukraine has attacked the Russian Leningrad and fires have broken out in the port of Ust-Luga + today’s report on Russian losses

The port of Ust-Luga is one of Russia’s largest hubs for the transportation of crude oil and petroleum products and is crucial for Russia’s income. Ukraine carried out a major drone attack overnight targeting Leningrad and, among other places, that port. Russia claims to have shot down 56 drones and that nothing has been damaged. However, according to reports, at least one fire has broken out in the port, as shown in a video. The Russians are lying as usual. The port of Vyborg has also been attacked, where a ship has apparently been damaged, visible here, and a building has been hit and is on fire, link here.

So, Ukraine seems to be targeting Russian ports now to choke off their exports, and considering the high oil prices and the lifted American sanctions, it is absolutely right that they take matters into their own hands.

Russian Losses in Ukraine

High number of KWIA compared to the current average. UAVs at the second-highest ever along with 23 cruise missiles. Well done by the Ukrainian defense even though unfortunately a lot slipped through. It was one of the war’s most extensive Russian terror attacks according to Kyiv Independent. I wrote yesterday that there were 3 killed and 16 injured, but it turned out in the end that the 7 dead and at least 50 injured Ukrainians included a six-year-old child.

      Trump has had close ties with Orban for many years. It is the ties between Trump/Orban/Putin that lead to thoughts that there may be some kind of pact for “the despot’s hegemony” where the EU and other non-despotic-led countries are seen as “the enemy”.

    Apparently, a Russian drone has crashed into a chimney in Estonia now. It seems like Russia may have started testing NATO’s boundaries a bit more, considering that even Latvia had drone visits last night, or maybe they are just normally clumsy.

      Of course the survey is fake. The opponents of Simona’s U-turn have already stated that the reason why L has plummeted to rock bottom levels is that they have not distanced themselves clearly enough from SD. (You need to do better research 😉)

        But Simona Johansson comes in like a breath of fresh air. Fearless and cheerful. Swedes like that. But the mystery of how the opinion poll numbers for L have risen so sharply in just a few days remains unsolved.

      The Danish People’s Party received 9%. I assume that they are the ones you are referring to as pro-Russian, they are some kind of right-wing nationalists, but they want to give more to Ukraine, etc. No party is particularly pro-Russian. They have been a bit pro-Trump.

      Political chaos is always present in Denmark. They now have twelve parties in parliament. The Social Democrats are still the largest party.

    Result of Ukrainian sanctions. This is how the oil depot in Feodosia, occupied Crimea, looks like after repeated Ukrainian drone attacks. Russians even installed a decoy Pantsir-S1 AD system, but that didn’t help.

      Then there was a violation with a flight and an FAB that was lying and rusting in Estonia.

    Russia is trying to deceive us into believing that the Baltics will be attacked to shift focus from Ukraine, now we must help Ukraine to win and not let ourselves be deceived.

    You can surely hear how foolish this is but it is being pushed out through various channels now, even official ones.
