Yes, 4-5 brigades with top-shelf armor would roll over the remaining Russian positions in weeks.
Leo2 and Abrams are well known for being able to take direct fire from Eastern bloc armor without turret damage, so one could be much more offensive.
Or the storming of fortified positions, instead of 12.5mm it would be marching in a cloud of 40mm explosives from CV90.
Now the Ukrainians have adapted tactics to the equipment they have and it works excellently anyway, but it would have saved lives and suffering and really should be considered a humanitarian aid effort.

The only thing really missing now for the bingo card to be full is Operation Badanka and then that damn city that I unfortunately bet my five hundred on and can’t back down from – it will never be that one because it is a small hole in the middle of the swarm of all the other holes but if they go in that direction I declare bingo anyway.

One who I think would excel in the Long Night of the Knives is Shoigu, pretty sure he can fillet a couple of FSB agents before they have lifted their gaze from his go-low decoy.

I was in yesterday’s thread claiming that the explosion did not start with the truck but this video from a fairly credible blogger, which has been circulating on other sites and in the thread, actually shows that the explosion starts with the truck just as the ballistics professor thought?

If one were to guess, they have learned from the Antonovskij bridge that HIMARS takes time, and they then came up with a fairly simple plan – fuel and ammunition trains run on that bridge almost every day. Then we have the range issue, but they still have Tochka-U.
-I guess a bomb on the train in best James Bond style or a boat as suggested in the blog.
Towards the end, they probably did the same thing with the Antonovskij bridge and HIMARSed ammunition trucks to get a bigger effect?
We can probably assume that it was Ukraine that carried out the liberation of the bridge; the probability that it spontaneously blows up on Putin’s birthday AND when the right type of train passes is vanishingly small.
The next guess is that things will start moving on the southern front quite soon. Melitopol, Mariupol, or my previously tipped horse – Boikivske SE of Volnovakha.

When you have denied the Russians movement on the W-E road along the Azov Sea, then the Russian national team is almost standing with their knee pads down.
You can then calmly thin out the different front sections at the pace you want – East Inhulets, the city of Kherson, Southern front Mariupol, Southern front Melitopol, Crimea, north of Luhansk, Luhansk Oblast, and Donetsk Oblast.
The Hypnopad can give his speeches as much as he wants, it is only a matter of time before the last Russian from the rolling circus is thrown out feet first.
