If this goes as I think, one might start to suspect that we are heading towards that, the activity in the Ukraine threads will move over to the economic threads, or become equally active, going forward.
To me, it looks like we are heading towards a full severe recession with all that entails, if layoffs are now increasing we have to add unemployment to everything else.
Then naturally inflation and electricity prices go down when consumption and production drop like a stone, but the damage is probably already done and the ball rolling.

I was checking the thread a couple of weeks ago to see if the layoffs were on the rise, but apparently they were not at that time.
Continuously, notifications fly by suggesting that layoffs are increasing.
Reasonably, restaurants and so on first, but I think construction seems affected and some energy-intensive manufacturing.
Today it said 5000 layoffs, I don’t know what is a high number but it sounds like it is rising?
The question is whether it will change quickly now for the worse?
