Was probably up a bit last night before crashing on the couch around 10, the weather is both a blessing and a curse at the same time.
Pretty clear that the Russians have had the hardest time dealing with snow and rain and that their combat effectiveness is plummeting.
Quite difficult for UA to launch spring high-risk offensives in half a meter of snow turning into heavy rain for a few weeks. Even an incurable diagnosed optimist like Johan No.1 understands that the ground’s bearing capacity drops significantly with all this precipitation. And nothing freezes either since it’s above zero degrees.
So far, it has been possible to move across the terrain with heavy vehicles, and if you use lighter armored cars in all their variants, you can do it earlier than with heavier vehicles.
For me, it feels a bit like a special year, we are out and about outside the country again and down in the life of the electrical underclass at the bottom, they turn down the heat in the house a few degrees more – and then you sit and see that it will be -11 south of Stockholm in April and when you run in and check the alarm camera, the garden and driveway are white.
It was probably good that the house was not shut down to save money but it feels a bit like a reverse winter, warm in January and February and then it hits hard at the end of March/beginning of April.
The weather is, however, a very real random factor that you simply have to respect. There are whole battles lost due to storms and attacking with the sun at your back is an old fighter pilot secret, the examples are many.

2500 armored personnel carriers also need something to do.
The weather also means that the Russians get very little supply through.
