I find that very interesting and something that could be done in the EU as well if they want.
Instead of excluding someone, which is not feasible, all the other members leave the organization and start a new organization with exactly the same functions within a week of leaving, all statutes, employees, functions, etc. are transferred.

Then Hungary, as the only member in the EU, gets to do whatever they want.

In Hungary’s case, just threatening that is probably enough to make the people go bananas, and if there is any country that wants to show solidarity with Hungary, Slovakia maybe, then they can do that?

I am not a fan of Momika at all but I feel like this – he has used his freedom of speech completely legally, right?

He was so closely targeted by the Migration Agency that they issued a press release, how often does that happen?
There are people who have committed murder who are not deported, which is reasonably much worse on the crime scale.

An extenuating circumstance that would be acceptable to me would be if he demonstrably acted on behalf of another state, which there are suspicions about, but it would be appropriate to get the whole story and not the Migration Agency’s excuses.
