I think there are already plenty of questions about where the money in the account comes from and so on, so the banks take their responsibility seriously towards us low-income earners. Apparently, all criminals and those who funnel a lot of money through the system have a free pass, but at least they do something.
Since there is nothing more permanent than a temporary law and everything is always abused, one should be very restrictive about what is introduced and why. If it is not a legal requirement, one should not be there meddling.
