The average price in the area was around 14-14.5 which everyone tried to sell for and if they got 13.5 they were dissatisfied.
Then the turning point came after May 2023 and everyone sold for a maximum of 11.5 million SEK or thereabouts.
Now I saw a house listed for 9.5 million SEK, admittedly in a worse location in the area but the feeling is that the price has dropped further because the house was in top condition.
