In the Rivne region, a man died during a rocket Russian attack. According to the regional administration, this happened in one of the villages of the Sarny district. In addition, according to preliminary information, a house and a truck were damaged. Three people were injured in the Kyiv region as a result of a nightly Russian attack in the Boryspil district. As Vova reported, a private residential building was completely destroyed. All the victims were given aid on the spot; hospitalization was not required. Energy infrastructure facilities were damaged in the Bila Tserkva and Buhiv districts. The Zaporizhzhia region suffered almost 800 strikes within a day; it passed without casualties. Explosions caused new destruction of housing and infrastructure in the communities. Inna Gogoyev, reporting from Zaporizhzhia, will provide more details. Inna, greetings, what is the situation as of this hour?
Speaker 3
Greetings, Irina. Explosions ring out daily in the Zaporizhzhia region, and this day was no exception. Over the past day, the Russians struck 51 settlements. As noted by the regional Defense Council, Zaporizhzhia itself was shelled. The occupiers struck the city using aviation as well as drones. Overall, regarding the territories that suffered from enemy strikes, these were mostly the Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts, as well as partially the Vasylivka district. Over the day, the occupiers dropped 23 aerial bombs on the region's communities. Kushuhum, Zarichna, Rozumivka, Novo-Oleksandrivka, and 10 other settlements in the region also suffered from airstrikes. Almost 200 artillery strikes were also launched against the communities, but the largest number of attacks were drone attacks, numbering over five hundred. There were different types of drones for the frontline communities. These are predominantly FPV drones, with which the Russians terrorize local residents and also hunt for cars passing through local streets. Overall, as a result of these shellings, local residents were not injured by explosions over the day, but the strikes caused damage to infrastructure objects and residential housing. 42 reports of new destruction and damage in the communities were registered over the day. This is the information on the operational situation in the Zaporizhzhia region as of now.

Thank you, colleague, for the work. My colleague Inna Gogoy reported on the consequences of enemy attacks in Zaporizhzhia. Seven people, including a child, were injured due to Russian strikes in the Kharkiv region. Over the past day, the enemy struck the regional center and eight other settlements. During the attack, the occupiers used various weapons: guided aerial bombs, multiple launch rocket systems, and strike drones of various types. Civil infrastructure objects were damaged and destroyed, according to the regional military administration. Specifically, an apartment building and a number of private houses in several districts. In Kuban, Russia, explosions continue at the Afipsky oil refinery. Strike drones are attacking this enterprise in the Krasnodar region in waves, monitoring channels report. In the footage posted on social networks, a glow and a fire are visible directly in the industrial zone of the Afipsky refinery. Krasnodar was enveloped in smoke from it. "Plan Carpet" was introduced at the Krasnodar airport. Take-offs and landings of aircraft were temporarily restricted. The Afipsky refinery is one of the largest oil refining enterprises in the south of Russia. Its design capacity is over 6 million tons of oil per year. The plant produces gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation gas, and other petroleum products, and has already been the target of drone attacks more than once. Spain is providing Ukraine with a new military aid package worth 437 million euros. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following a meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez in Madrid. The leaders discussed the contents of the package and the most urgent defense needs. Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about Russian strikes on Ukrainian energy, logistics, and railways, specifically that this year Russia damaged more locomotives than in all previous years of the war. The power grid and water supply are under constant attack. The situation is particularly difficult in Kyiv. Therefore, every step of humanitarian support is very important. During the meeting with the King of Spain, Felipe VI, the discussion concerned strengthening Ukrainian air defense with interceptor missiles, as well as the creation of a special tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine and a mechanism for the payment of reparations. US President Donald Trump announced a new large-scale agreement regarding Ukraine. He stated that an agreement could be reached in the near future and that it would affect not only Ukraine but all of Europe. Trump did not disclose other details. The American leader's statement came after his meeting yesterday with Putin's special envoy, Kirill Dmitriev. Additionally, journalists asked Trump whether he raises the issue of Russian strikes on Ukraine during contacts with the Kremlin dictator. In response, the head of the White House noted that he constantly draws the attention of both sides to this.

I cannot tell you what I discussed with Putin's envoy, but I am simply telling you that a deal will be reached. It will be a big deal and it will affect not only Ukraine. It will be a very significant event that will concern not only Ukraine. And I could even say that it may affect all of Europe. It will be a beautiful and big deal. And everyone will be delighted.

Marco Rubio denied media reports that he allegedly plans to leave Donald Trump's administration. At the same time, he refused to answer questions about whether he is considering running for president in 2028. During the conversation, the US Secretary of State noted that he does not know where such rumors come from. He claims that he always planned to hold the position until the end of Trump's presidential term. As a reminder, media reported yesterday that Secretary of State Marco Rubio might allegedly resign to prepare for nomination as the Republican Party candidate for US president in 2028. Vice President JD Vance is considered his main rival among Republicans. The largest [drop] occurred on American exchanges in a year and a half. "SpaceX" lost 10%, "NVIDIA" – 9%, the technological index "NASDAQ" decreased by 5.5%. This is the largest fall in the history of the system, if calculated in money rather than percentages. The shares of companies associated with artificial intelligence in one way or another fell particularly noticeably. Also among the leaders of the fall were "Tesla" shares – minus 10%, as well as "SpaceX". It belongs to Elon Musk, who actively supported the Republican party in the midterm elections to Congress. For his part, Donald Trump blamed the Democratic Party, which won the elections, for the fall of the American stock market. According to him, the results of the voting had a negative impact on stock market indicators and the pension savings of citizens.

And now we have the opportunity to learn about the situation on the Slovyansk sector of the front. Joining us on air is Serhiy Luhovyk, call sign "Deputat," Senior Lieutenant, an officer of the planning group of the Anti-Aircraft Missile Division of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Mr. Serhiy, I welcome you. Glory to Ukraine!
Speaker 6
Glory to the heroes! Good morning!
Speaker 5
Before we begin the conversation, we traditionally address our esteemed viewers. On your screens, as always, you see a QR code, which means that a fundraiser for our defenders is underway. So I very much ask everyone currently watching to join this fundraiser and support our warriors. Mr. Serhiy, tell us, what exactly are you raising funds for?
Speaker 6
We are collecting for the technical support of our FPV crews, so that the guys can work effectively. These are various components for the operation of interceptor drone crews. This is for both repairing drones and repairing control stations. All of this is necessary so that the defense system of our Ukrainian airspace works effectively and without failure.
Speaker 5
Dear Ukrainians, I urge you, please, let us all join this fundraiser together and support our defenders with our donations. There is both a QR code and a card number on your screens. Please choose a convenient method and transfer any amount that is comfortable for you, because, as you know, there is no such thing as a small donation. Every hryvnia you give is important. Mr. Serhiy, please tell us, what is the current intensity of enemy aviation and drone attacks in the Slovyansk direction? Do you perhaps feel a change in the enemy's tactics?
Speaker 6
Unfortunately, the enemy's tactics have not changed. For many months now, the enemy has been actively carrying out airstrikes against the Slovyansk agglomeration. In doing so, it is trying to somehow influence the situation on the battlefield, compensate for its unsuccessful ground assaults, and somehow influence the civilian population by destroying critical civilian infrastructure. Winter is coming, and it is clear that under such conditions, a certain despair could somehow influence the situation. But the civilian population believes in the defense forces of Ukraine; there is complete trust and understanding. Therefore, all the enemy's plans amount to the fact that Slovyansk as a city will simply be slowly destroyed, without the enemy achieving any success in terms of ground advancement.
Speaker 5
Dear viewers, I will remind once more, for those who have just joined our broadcast, I emphasize that a fundraiser is ongoing for our defenders from the 54th Brigade. We are currently raising funds for additional equipment, technical support, FPV crews, and interceptor drones. Please join in and support our warriors with your donations in hryvnias. The QR code and card number are on your screens. Mr. Serhiy, what are the main targets that the 54th Brigade's anti-aircraft gunners are currently taking down? Are these mostly reconnaissance drones, like the Orlan or Zala? Are you managing to hit the enemy's tactical aviation?
Speaker 6
Unfortunately, tactical aviation is, so to speak, very restrained in terms of crossing the line of contact. The enemy drops guided aviation bombs 10-15 kilometers from the line of contact, because they understand that our units are already waiting for them there and enemy aviation will be destroyed. This is not a new tactic of the enemy. Regarding UAV aerial targets, the enemy actively uses drones such as Molniya and Lancet. These are a cheaper variation of what the enemy has. It is apparent that the enemy uses more expensive types even more rarely; they probably have certain problems with this. But the number of cheap Molniyas in our sector is significantly large. And there is a lot of work for the units.
Speaker 5
And in this work, dear viewers, you can support our defenders. A fundraiser is currently underway for the 54th Brigade to support FPV crews and interceptor drones. So I very much ask you, please, join this fundraiser, scan the QR code, or write down the card number and send any amount that is comfortable for you. If you can send 10 hryvnias, send 10. If you can send a thousand, send a thousand. But I very much ask everyone who is watching us now to join this fundraiser and in this way say thank you to our warriors for defending our homeland. Mr. Serhiy, the enemy is actively combining these reconnaissance UAVs, we understand, with strike drones and artillery. Tell us in a bit more detail how your Anti-Aircraft Division manages to operate under conditions of constant hunting by anti-radiation means and Russian Lancets against our SAM systems?
Speaker 6
First of all, this is the experience of our service members, the coordination between units and command posts. This is what was done in advance, the fortified defense systems. In combination, this yields a very good result. Our main task is to save the lives of our service members and, obviously, to fulfill our combat mission, to prevent the enemy from launching an airstrike or conducting reconnaissance activities, that is, to disrupt its tactical mission.
Speaker 5
Mr. Serhiy, and how do weather conditions affect the efficiency of your work?
Speaker 6
Well, you know, what might be good for air defense personnel—meaning strong wind, heavy rain, or fog—it is not necessarily good for the infantry. Therefore, saying that there is some kind of "good weather" for service members is very difficult, because the enemy can take advantage of the same weather conditions to conduct ground assaults. And here our task is to support our infantry units and not allow the enemy to make any progress or establish a foothold, to destroy them on the way to fulfilling tactical tasks. Therefore, unfortunately, it is impossible to say that certain natural weather conditions have a very positive effect.
Speaker 5
Dear viewers, I will address you once again and remind you that a fundraiser is ongoing for our defenders from the 54th Brigade. I strongly ask you, please, donate more actively to support our defenders. We are currently raising funds for additional equipment and technical support for FPV crews and interceptor drones of the 54th Brigade. Please join this fundraiser and remember that there is no such thing as a small drone. Every hryvnia of yours matters. Mr. Serhiy, there was information about the enemies using motorcycle assaults and small infantry groups. We understand that this tactic has been continuing for more than a month. And now, is Russia continuing to use the same tactic, or are they combining it somehow, perhaps bringing armored vehicles up to the line of clash?
Speaker 6
No, nothing substantial has changed in the enemy's tactics. The only thing that has changed is the number of daily attacks, although for the enemy it happens in waves. We already understand that after massive aviation preparation, the enemy will try to conduct more active assaults. In this regard, we have been monitoring our adversary for a long time on our section of the front. It is clear that the enemy is trying to conduct isolated assaults. But if you compare September to October on our section of the 11th corps, the number of enemy assaults decreased slightly, but the amount of adversary losses increased significantly, by about 30%. We understand that the enemy is in a hurry, we understand his actions and are ready for any of his actions, even if he uses a mass non-mechanized assault.
Speaker 5
And so that the enemy suffers even more of these losses, dear viewers, let's support our defenders with our donations. Please join the fundraiser currently underway for the 54th Brigade, for our defenders who every day, every minute protect our homeland, protect you and me, protect our Donetsk region, carry out numerous assaults and destroy the occupier who is pushing into our land. Let's join the fundraiser and in this way say thank you to our defenders. The QR code and card number are on your screens. Mr. Serhiy, there is one minute of airtime remaining; I want to ask, what is the current situation with the staffing of the division?
Speaker 6
The division is constantly working together with the brigade's recruiting to reach full staffing. We worked both under the SSCh program and under the 1824 program. And we are constantly, so to speak, staffing our units, because we are scaling, increasing the number of FPV crews for higher quality and greater volume of work. The process is ongoing, and it is synchronized both with the recruiting center of our brigade and with the 11th Corps. Therefore, there is a corresponding training of military personnel, the newcomers. Obviously, we would like a broader process, higher quality, and more motivated military personnel, but we do not feel any significant problems at the moment.
Speaker 5
Dear viewers, one last word to you. This conversation is coming to an end, so you still have a few seconds to make your donation. For those who haven't had a chance to do so yet, the QR code and card number are on your screens. You can even take a photo of this card number for later and donate later. Thank you to everyone who has already joined this fundraiser. Mr. Serhiy, and a huge thank you to you above all and to your comrades-in-arms for protecting our homeland and for joining our broadcast today. I will remind you that we were in touch with Serhiy Luhovyk, call sign Deputy, an officer of the planning group of the Zanitnyy missile division of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa. Thank you.
Don't forget to donate, Ukraine's cause is ours! Support Ukraine!
