According to previous actions, Europe’s behavior has led to a first positive-positive in a long time, but also wants to emphasize that it is important for Europe to stay in the loop here.
Haven’t you heard this proposal already from Johan No.1?

On the battlefield, UA manages to hold off with its offensive strategic reserve even though the army overall is in varying condition – presumably they can keep this up for a considerable time as this reserve fights to the last throwing knife without complaining.
A few months ago, this tactical adaptation was initiated – Ukraine used its strategic offensive reserves northeast of Pokrovsk, and the modus operandi is to sweep over an area with a “hit-and-run”, full pursuit. The first training match above Pokrovsk didn’t go brilliantly, but they seem to have had a quick learning curve.
Now this is starting to show on the maps, and one must then match it with which units were fighting in the area at the time, SOF, Ranger, 3rd AC, GUR, or similar.
We have guessed that the weakness in China’s digital battlefield is movement, and it looks like Ukraine is exploiting that – assigned units move in and out over a relatively short period, preferably at night, and clear an area of sluggish Russian bastards.
Presumably, the existing brigade then moves back to their previous firing positions and the cycle restarts with FAB bombings and RU infiltrations.
It seems they have managed to stabilize Northern Luhansk, and the question is why 🧐
Yes, you guessed right, there are future plans for that area, otherwise they would have let it go.
Without knowing the losses UA incurs after this tactical adjustment, I have to rely on the previous ratio of 1:3 against RU, and in KIA it’s 1:30 – if this is accurate, they can keep this up over time.
The offensive strategic reserve is not sensitive to mood swings – as Johan No.1 has previously written, they are the group among the world’s best infantry that is even better – the solar system’s best infantry, Starship Troopers but the Ukrainian version.
They also do not use expensive capabilities that will run out – from company to battalion, they move forward to a protected UFA and then, in splinter protection with a tank as a 4km sniper, they attack an area with the aim of combating the defending force and then withdraw.
The purpose of the battle is to carry out the most difficult task for a unit without trying to make it easier through weeks of indirect fire, taking undefended terrain, or in any other way making their lives easier.
They attack at a numerical disadvantage, preferably at night, to defeat an enemy entrenched in a built-up area.
It doesn’t get any harder than this, and it is an extension of what we saw in 2023 when Azov was clearing defenses in Bakhmut, where a group attacked a platoon and got someone wounded in the attack.
Do you remember all those who said it would end in “static trench warfare” – what a bunch of clowns 🤣🤣
When the Marine Corps was supposed to punish the militias in Fallujah during the Iraq War, it first went to hell and then it was “the wildest battle since the Vietnam War” – Ukraine is simply on another level because they now have a Fallujah offensive almost weekly.
The strategic robot/drone war has also not broken Ukraine’s back, and they retaliate very elegantly – hats off.
But most recently, GRU has used a not entirely unwilling Trump to try to politically bring down Ukraine, and that operation seems to have quite a few ramifications.
Part of it is the anti-corruption agency that has released a couple of bombs very conveniently and probably has more ammunition in that chamber – we’ll probably hear something about Zelensky soon.
And if one were to guess, they also have a hand in the semi-revolt in parliament,
Of course, Europe can make Zelensky immortal by doing the right things in the coming months, but if Zelensky falls and a semi-pro-Russian or less competent figure takes his place, then the whole house of cards collapses in an instant.
Since Ukraine is a democracy, Zelensky will disappear if he is voted out, and the entire government they are trying to remove – who will Europe negotiate with during that intermission?
We have discussed this worst-case scenario several times, and I honestly believe that Europe is now one step ahead – it seems like we have finally gotten our act together.
But if they hadn’t foreseen this and the operation succeeds where GRU gets their champagne and caviar, we are in big trouble for a very simple reason that I think everyone now understands after reading the posts.
There is no country in Europe today willing to endure the same abuses as Ukraine, and we need this buffer for a while longer to get organized, even though we are getting closer.
Not only has the USA stopped talking directly to Kaja Kallas, they have also frozen out the Germans, and Germany was Putin’s best buddy for a long time, so the USA used to be furious with Germany – things change quickly in hockey.

Recently, the USA has pressured Belgium not to agree to give the frozen Russian funds to Ukraine – the rumor is that Putin has promised Trump 30% of the money if they get the rest back.

There is a deluge of statements all against Europe and Ukraine right now, this is exciting – Putin has already started testing NATO’s land borders, but the USA will not help.

Trump is also recycling long-debunked talking points such as “we have sent $350 billion to Ukraine” and “Europe doesn’t pay a penny.”
We have seen how the USA has reprimanded Japan, backed off from Taiwan, gone after Europe, Canada, Mexico, and basically everyone who considered themselves to be the USA’s best allies.
Meanwhile, Putin has been given special treatment like a Buddhist temple god, they have really gone to great lengths to ensure that Russia does not lose in Ukraine despite managing to do so several times on their own.
Since 2022, this has been going on, and now we are at the end – either Europe stands with Ukraine or we don’t.
One can speculate on what the USA’s long-term game plan is here, and that is also of interest.
We already know Russia’s plan, and China has a plan A that is currently going very well, and if it doesn’t work, they have a plan B in the Far East instead.
USA?
Yes, Trump and his circle are profiting from the blood money right now, and it is absolutely scandalous, but is it that different from how the USA has acted before?
At the end of World War II, they let the Soviets have half of Europe, and the Cold War became the USA’s heyday, which Europe paid five times the market price for in sheer panic.
We have had a bit of peace and quiet since the early 90s, and Europe started doing really well in all aspects. First came Russian influence, which you can now understand like a newly graduated student from Linnaeus University since you’ve read all the posts (because you have, right 🧐).
Then Europe allowed itself to be bribed to send all manufacturing to China, so we ended up where we are today, where China can build robots for 1 million while we still build them for 15 million.

But what does the USA really want?
I have understood that they have planned to torpedo China at the right time and that their “the enemy of your enemy” with Russia since 2022 has been a result of this overall planning.
It also seems that the world’s experts have believed this because it has been the prevailing opinion.
A world-leading writer, Johan No.1, has sometimes also aired the alternative theory that the USA does what is best for the USA besides having its heyday during the Cold War.
Right now, Trump is on his way to take all other presidents’ support money and elevate it by five (5). This is about to become the mother of all “helicopter money” so he can buy his way through the midterm elections.
Trump is doing what is good for the USA, China is thinking of themselves, and Russia wants to restore the empire.
So what is Europe doing – firstly, we have tied ourselves in knots completely by all the good we are supposed to do to save the world, which has only resulted in us crashing our own industry, experiencing rampant crime, and eroding our welfare.
Europe doesn’t really have any problems – we are a large group of countries that can very well cooperate on major issues and then have national sovereignty in most matters. Free trade and free movement worked well in the beginning when citizens started moving around to work in different countries.
But then the EU got too many bureaucrats who needed to invent tasks to justify their salaries, and today they believe they have authority over most things concerning the nation-states – if we could just rewind that tape a bit, we would be back on track.
Right now, the EU is probably the opposite of the original idea; we are afraid to touch on important issues, using scare tactics to force citizens into all sorts of things that always end up with them paying more, and the EU is trying to force countries into things they don’t want because it goes against their historical positions/traditions/beliefs.
Since we have free movement, the issue of everyone having to think alike is actually a minor problem – if you feel discriminated against in Poland, then go to a country that puts you and your beliefs first.
It’s as simple as that.
In Sweden, we did just that during the migration crisis in 2015 – we offered the most humane alternative, and many who fled ethnic cleansing and war sought refuge with us instead of being subjected to ethnic cleansing and war in southern or central Europe. Sweden is living proof that it works that way.
In the 70s and 80s, the USA also did the same; some states were more tolerant than others on various issues, and citizens moved around?
Or even earlier, the southern USA was less tolerant of minorities than the northern states, so minorities moved north.
But…
Europe is also an absolute giant, and we have something the others don’t have: democracy, a fully peaceful economy, and a very long history of functioning well.
Since the 90s, China has made a space journey that is enviable, but it is not firmly rooted in hundreds of years of a functioning society. Yes, you didn’t hear much about China post-WW2 because they were busy with a variety of insane ideas, all with beautiful names but ending in millions killed – The Great Leap Forward or the Cultural Revolution, for example.
The Soviet Union was an ABSOLUTE oppressive state, one big darkness. There was a description of the “lice room” in a book, which was a very small room where you had to stand bent over in darkness that was either cold or hot depending on the season, with thousands of lice in the walls feasting on you until you were released after a few days.
Or that when you were arrested for a fabricated crime, it was you from your prison cell who had to prove your innocence, otherwise you were automatically guilty and executed by firing squad – they introduced this because the burden on the KGB became too great with all those who were arrested.
“Hello, now you’ve had your week – please present the evidence that you didn’t murder Anatoly Bushkin” (fictional name and fictional crime).
“But I wasn’t allowed to contact anyone, and my family wasn’t allowed to testify that I was at home at the time of the murder.”
“Guilty, perfect, just what I thought – tomorrow you’ll be shot in the neck, and the bullet will be charged to your family according to the rules.”
Even the USA is far from the image they have painted and sold through Hollywood – firstly, the country was built on pushing aside the Native Americans, but they expanded their land through a multitude of wars, had an extremely bloody civil war, and long after Europe began treating everyone equally, they still had their segregation laws.
By the way, have you also tried to check the population of Boston or, for example, New Mexico? Boston has 700,000 inhabitants, and the state has just over two million residents. Yet, they are better known than Gdansk or Luxembourg, which I can barely point out on a map.
The USA has truly managed to put themselves on the map undeservedly. On our trip to the Caribbean this year, we flew via JFK in New York – my goodness, what an inefficient airport with a long time to get through. We would choose any airport in Europe over JFK if we could.
On the way there, we didn’t have time to buy anything to eat, but on the way back, I wanted to give the family a culinary experience with authentic American hamburgers – I don’t remember the name of the restaurant, but the Pepsi had so much sugar that it was undrinkable, the hamburger meat was overcooked to inedible charred pieces, the buns were slightly burnt, and it cost a total of 1500 SEK for three people to sit and look at an inedible plate of food and a glass of undrinkable Pepsi.
Since we landed in Amsterdam for the connecting flight back to Viking-land, we also ate there, and it cost us five hundred for everyone to eat a meal they were very satisfied with + accompanying drinks.
The USA was also heavily militarized and spent the Cold War crashing countries and stealing their wealth. South America has good reasons to despise them.
There is probably no one today who doubts that the “Gulf Wars” were a “smash-and-grab” operation to enrich a group of individuals?
In my capacity as Sweden’s largest independent free thinker, I have previously asked who we want to live under: Russia, China, or the USA.
Even a Nordic free-thinking giant can sometimes go astray, and now the question is – do we want a strong EU or be oppressed under a Russian/American/Chinese boot?
I’m not exactly sure which parts of the boot the different players own – if the shoelaces are Chinese or American, but that’s not important.
What’s important is if we want the EU, then we have to fight for it because there are three other players who clearly show that they don’t want anything good for us at all.
One could speculate that it’s because they all, with some pain, still remember when Europe was supposed to export goodness during colonial times through Leopold apples, but I think it’s simpler than that.
Everyone except Europe is trying to do what is best for themselves and enough time has passed for people to start thinking “how bad can a global conflict really be”.
Memory is short.
The USA is just like the bank, not your friend – never forget that.
We need to start by preserving Ukraine as Ukrainian – that is the crucial point we can no longer delay.
If we catch a little wind in our sails, then we should definitely continue with demilitarizing Kaliningrad, allowing Belarusian citizens to have their legal freedom, and also granting oppressed colonized minorities in Russia their international right to freedom and joy.
That’s how we can pitch it to align with the popular movements we’ve had in the last 25 years, I think?
We are building a front line towards the border of Russia from northern Finland to southeastern Ukraine, and then they can deal with themselves behind it, that’s what we are aiming for, but if we describe it like that, maybe we won’t get the support of Amnesty, Swedish Peace, the Green Party, and the Palestinian movements, all fighting for the colonized and oppressed minorities.
But this must also end for us to achieve Nirvana in Europe.
Then we have a whole range of negatives down to Russia standing in half of Europe again and just causing havoc for us as a state-prioritized activity.
There is also a “solution of exhaustion” that can unfortunately be attractive.
All major players agree not to step on each other’s core issues and then they mark out a large area on the map to fight over.
It could be Africa, South America, or areas in Asia.
Right now, it seems like the USA, Russia, and China are trying to do that with Europe…
The USA has just backed off a bit from Taiwan – early signs indeed, but Johan No.1 likes to predict based on day-old coffee grounds.
If Europe decides to participate in this diabolical game, then we might have some kind of new cold war where it plays out in South America, Africa, and Asia.
We sincerely hope that Europe has more elan than that, even if it is tempting.
I am starting to wonder if the USA will eventually conclude that the easiest way to deal with China is to agree on proxy areas where they can “war” and then we have a new slightly warmer cold war to deal with.
We’ll see, everything has its time, but there are many good reasons for Europe to try to solve the issue of Ukraine-Russia in a way that benefits us, and it seems that most people have realized that now, even the bellicose Germans.
Once our defensive shield is established, we have the choice to actually make our move of the time and approach Africa (again), but not with the indescribable benevolence we had during colonial times, but a win-win situation.
The Ukraine war is just the beginning of a new long timeline, perhaps 70-80 years, where Europe absolutely has the chance to become the next big winner along with Africa.
If someone asks “how”, this someone has not read the posts and will be fined by the hyenas of Husby within a week because I have explained it many times – a separate post will follow on that.
I didn’t manage to include it anywhere, but I discovered that the USA, China, and Russia are now discussing the fate of Ukraine and Europe in Russia – do we really need more confirmation than that?

Also amusing that Putin has taken a page from 1984 and that war is now peace 🤣🤣

Still positive-positive and following this with interest, not what the court jester Trump is messing up with, but how Europe acts now that Ukraine has given us a little more time to get organized it seems.
Any Chief of Defense in Europe would sacrifice his wife and house for the chance to lead Ukraine’s offensive strategic reserves.
Don't forget to donate, Ukraine's cause is ours! Support Ukraine!

Russian losses in the war in Ukraine 2025-12-04:
#fckptn sacrifices lives just to be able to send their propaganda lies! The Russian “soldiers” crawl in small groups through no man’s land, wrapped in thermal blankets to make it harder for drones’ thermal cameras to detect them. They try to advance as far as they can, even if it may take a couple of weeks to get past the Ukrainian lines. If they are lucky, they can receive water, ammunition, and food delivered by drones to keep them alive with their Russian flags.
– They are isolated behind our lines, but we have to send an experienced team to clear them out. It’s often a simple mission, but it takes time and resources that are taken away from everything else, says Hobbit, the Finnish volunteer!
For the Russian soldiers, it’s a suicide mission that doesn’t end until they are killed or captured. But they are probably mostly recruited prisoners who are not considered of much value.
– In the end, they have no choice but to surrender or die, says “Hobbit.”
All this so that they can wave the flag for #fckptn to use drone footage for their and #fcktrmps propaganda!
That’s why you’ve basically received press releases almost every day claiming that Pokrovsk has fallen, when it hasn’t!

Trump doesn’t do what’s best for the USA, Trump does what’s best for Trump! 😂
If he had only done it, he would probably have been gone by now, reasonably?
Every great dictator needs loyalty from the security service, the military, and the elite, otherwise he will not last long.
Venezuela is probably profitable for many in the USA?
I don’t think we have seen the whole game with China yet either, unfortunately.
Well, everyone he appointed has received their position due to loyalty, and the meeting with all the generals was also about loyalty. Everyone who has been pardoned has also been about loyalty. Those who are not believed to be loyal can look forward to being scolded and fired. Doge surely acted as much about loyalty as about money.
With the oil from Venezuela, he will be able to buy loyalty.
You can already see that there are few who dare to protest, even though the bombing of the boats has stirred up some complaints. Now is the time for them to gather and protest, soon it will be too late.
Just the fact that they bombed the survivors in the sea emergency shows what they are dealing with. No witnesses were allowed to survive, maybe it wasn’t a drug boat in the end, but no one can prove otherwise.
Regarding Belgium, they seem to feel the pressure from both the USA and Russia.
“‼️Stunning statements by the Belgian Prime Minister at an event in Brussels this week. 🔹It’s an illusion that Russia will lose in Ukraine 🔹If they lose, instability is bad because of nuclear weapons 🔹I have been personally threatened by Russia if their assets are seized Wow.”

Oops!
See it – damn traitor.
Right in our soft parts, you can never trust a Belgian 😡
You could see that already when they were in Congo.
Well, I understand that he is scared, I would be too, he has probably received direct threats against his whole family. You can hear when he says that Russia cannot lose, that it’s something he has been ordered to say. At the same time, if he chickens out, Russia and the USA will know that threats work.
I’m a bit torn when it comes to the money that the Central Bank of Russia owns, sure, it’s fair to those barbarians, even if you can take it as an early war reparation, it’s not quite “Western.” It could set a precedent for the orange man in the USA, then he also starts taking money from countries he disagrees with, and it could be almost any democratic country.
When it comes to the USA, China seems to have a strong advantage as the USA backs down.
“Sources: USA pauses sanctions against China’s espionage activities
The USA is pausing its plans to sanction China’s state intelligence and security service MSS, despite its cyberattacks on American telecom networks and tech companies. This is reported by FT, citing sources.
Americans are taking a step back until their dependence on China for rare earth metals has decreased, according to the sources. The fact that Donald Trump is backing down is causing frustration among American China hawks within the administration who believe that Trump is sacrificing national security for a trade deal.
– It seems like the administration is giving in to buy time to reduce dependence on critical metals from China, says Zach Cooper, an Asia expert at the American Enterprise think tank.
Metals have been a hot topic in the trade conflict between the superpowers.”
https://omni.se/kallor-usa-pausar-sanktioner-mot-kinas-spionverksamhet/a/j0PPPz
Hmmmm, maybe the world’s experts will have reason to revise the USA’s plan against China soon?
Trump has struck a deal on rare earth metals, and China, well what did China get besides freer hands to spy. Thinks the US is backing off from Taiwan, it’s now an Asian problem. China is a dictatorship, and Taiwan a democracy, Trump chooses the dictatorship, with them he can do business more easily and only needs to talk to one person, no hassle with votes etc.
Norway and the United Kingdom have reached the most comprehensive defense agreement between the countries in modern times, writes NRK. The agreement means that the countries’ defense will be even more integrated with each other.
According to Ekot, the countries will, among other things, establish a joint fleet to hunt Russian submarines and protect infrastructure underwater. British Royal Marines will also be more present in Norway.
The countries will also explore the possibilities of pre-storing British equipment and ammunition on Norwegian soil and establishing facilities to accommodate British forces on Norwegian soil.
Interesting 👍
Off-Topic, Trump
“The American peace institute Usip has been renamed after Donald Trump, American media reports. According to the US Department of State, the name change is a tribute to ‘the foremost negotiator in our country’s history,’ AFP writes.
In February, Trump issued an executive order aimed at dismantling the institute, resulting in almost all staff at the headquarters in Washington being laid off. The Trump administration has also replaced the entire board of the institute, and a legal battle over control of the institute is ongoing.
Usip was founded by Ronald Reagan. It has previously operated as an independent, non-profit organization funded by Congress, with the goal of preventing and resolving international conflicts.”

170 combat clashes
There is a lot of food for thought in Johan’s post today.
“We in Sweden did just that during the migration crisis in 2015 – we offered the humane alternative and many who fled ethnic cleansing and war sought refuge with us instead of exposing themselves to ethnic cleansing and war in southern and central Europe. Sweden is living proof that it works that way”.

Ahead of Putin’s visit to India, he gave an interview to India Today media. Some points from the interview: ◾️Russia suggested Ukraine withdraw troops from Donbas and not start combat, but Kyiv prefers to fight. ◾️Russia doesn’t plan to return to the G8.
◾️Europeans need to get themselves involved into working on a settlement, not get in the way.
My comment:
Russia will continue the war. Its rhetoric towards Europe is becoming increasingly more hostile. Russia can only be stopped by force.
Oh, and one more interesting moment: in the announcements of the interview, the India Today host kept saying that India and Russia have stood for each other through thick and thin – so that’s the general “emotional background” with which they will treat Putin’s visit.”
Off-Topic, USA – Venezuela
In total, the USA has now carried out 22 attacks and killed over 70 people.
If it had been any other country that arbitrarily attacked another country’s boats, outside its own territorial waters, and furthermore with the motive that they are smuggling drugs, but completely without presenting any evidence whatsoever, there would have been huge protests. Quite sick actually.
(On the other hand, we hardly dare to stop and investigate ships suspected of sabotage..)
“The family of a man killed in one of the USA’s attacks on boats allegedly smuggling drugs is taking the country to court, writes AP.
According to the family, Alejandro Carranza was out fishing when he was murdered off the coast of Colombia in September.
A report has been filed with The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, a human rights organization whose work the USA does not formally recognize.
According to the family’s lawyer Daniel Kovalik, there are no other options to try to seek justice.
– We believe that a decision in our favor, combined with pressure from the public, could mean that we receive compensation and an end to the killing in the Caribbean, he says.”
https://omni.se/fiskare-dodades-i-amerikansk-attack-familjen-drar-usa-infor-ratta/a/j0PPlA
Well, it was quite shocking to see how they bomb the survivors once again to not leave any witnesses. It probably shows that they themselves were not sure if it was actually drug boats.
It also shows that the leadership in the USA lacks common sense. During World War II, it was probably only Russia that behaved equally badly out at sea. Normally, those who sank the other’s ships would pick up survivors if possible and take them captive.
At the same time, it’s typical of Trump, it’s easy to sink an unarmed pleasure boat. Probably one reason he is picking a fight with Venezuela is that they are much weaker, so he thinks it will be an easy match, with a rich war booty. I wonder if part of the deal with China and Russia is that they stay away from Venezuela as long as Trump gives them more freedom of action.
The offensive against Huilapil… has not subsided, but it was also the only part of the front that increased in the past day. Many of the other front sections showed a decreased number of Russian attacks according to AFU’s morning report. Continued focus on Pokrovsk with surrounding front sections where the pressure varies from noticeably to heavily.

Has Canada come to us?
Looks generally good as long as Ukraine can hold out on the fronts.
Exactly what the goal is is still unclear but Europe has at least begun to outline a rough target image.
A suggestion – if RU has not left Ukraine within a month, Europe will start fighting all Russian forces in Ukraine.
This would be epic.
It is also completely to be seen as a defensive struggle, so no one should be able to object to this…

❗️Italy is temporarily suspending its participation in the PURL program, which had provided military supplies to Ukraine.
The government has decided to shift its focus to the diplomatic track in light of ongoing talks about a possible ceasefire.

It’s in line with what I posted about the year before last. It’s sad if it ends with Italy backing out.

NATO
Journalist: Does NATO have a backup plan in case the negotiations fail and the supply of American weapons to Ukraine stops?
Rutte: I don’t have one. I don’t think we should be thinking about a Plan B.
“I don’t think we should be thinking about a Plan B” – just the kind of phrase you want to hear from the head of an organization that’s supposed to be in charge of, damn it, security.
Obviously, Plan B is that the Ukrainians will somehow manage on their own, maybe the Scandinavians will help too
This looks BAD.
https://x.com/pepel_klaasa/status/1996269158951203206?s=46
Sigh.
NATO, if any organization should have a whole staff of people whose task is to look at different scenarios and plan for them. But of course, it is clear that they haven’t even considered the idea that Russia would go into Ukraine, nor have they thought about how to best meet that.
If they had, they would have understood that the best course of action would have been to immediately go in and help Ukraine to throw out Russia.
If Russia wants Ukraine as a NATO-free buffer zone, NATO can turn the same thought around and see it as a direct threat to NATO countries. If Russia were to defeat and take over Ukraine, NATO would have Russia at its border instead. Fully legitimate for NATO to intervene and prevent that.
👍 💯
One can hope that this is just a case of diplomatic and strategic communication aimed at not openly admitting that one no longer trusts the USA and believes that they will not support either NATO or Europe in general in the future.
My thoughts on this are as follows:
Everyone knows that the USA has already taken the step fully since Trump became president again, but if Europe’s (and NATO’s) leaders/representatives were to openly admit that they now completely disregard the USA, which seems to be more inclined to align with Russia and China, perhaps they are afraid that the USA will also take that step openly.
As long as one pretends to have continued American support, the USA does not go all the way in this, and that’s better, even though it’s bad.
I think that this is part of what all this flattery for Trump is fundamentally about…
👍
Some hostage negotiation psychology ?
Well, that’s a pretty good analogy. I just hope I haven’t misunderstood everything and that it’s actually Stockholm syndrome that’s going on…
Hm, yes, Mark Rutte has probably done his best (worst) to keep Trump in a good mood, but it can’t last forever. At some point, it won’t work for Trump to both flirt with Putin and at the same time be part of NATO, things will eventually clash.
At some point, someone must gather the courage to tell Trump that his flirtation with dictatorship doesn’t go hand in hand with NATO-Europe. He probably believes that everything can be solved with deals, and that the strongest will prevail, but there is no justice in what he is doing. When it reaches the point where Trump starts pulling the US out of NATO, many in the US will probably also realize what is happening, and then things may start to change.
Putin has said no to Trump again 🤣🤣
As I wrote when the latest “peace” round started, “I wonder if it might just be Putin running his tactics again.” Perhaps it will turn out to be just that.
Let’s see now who is increasing the pressure, the EU-Ukraine or Russia.
Now Putin is in India and received a reception as if he were a new Jesus, I wonder what Trump thinks about that?
US Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau kritiserade idag de europeiska NATO-allierade för att prioritera sin egen försvarsindustri framför amerikanska vapenleverantörer, enligt tre NATO-diplomater.

The USA does not want to help Ukraine or help us help Ukraine. We should preferably take care of ourselves and deal with the Russians without the USA, but when we do, they get upset? What did they really expect?
Silly complaints about something they themselves are responsible for.
Damn (pardon my French), the loss among American weapon manufacturers could be greater than the potential profit from trading with Russia. So, only the industrial sector.
It WILL become bigger
Underbart ju!
Not impossible.
Now, while the weapons industry in the USA is not as huge anymore in relation to, for example, the IT industry, they still generate enormous amounts of money and a big profit for them is the fact that they can export and make money from what they primarily develop for their own needs.
It is probably also part of their strategy to develop systems that require logistics, special software, etc. that they know will bring in a lot of recurring income.
Furthermore, I suspect that Putin will make sure that the USA does not profit as much as they imagine if any agreements are made. Putin is a terrible person, but I don’t think he is stupid, and I believe he also has skilled advisors (even though it doesn’t seem to apply to the military, the SMO must be considered a huge mistake).
No consistency in thinking with that regime.
How stupid can one be in the head?
Could it actually be about a message to the White House even if one doesn’t dare say it outright? How cowardly can one be perhaps is more accurate?
When do you think Japan, Australia, Taiwan, and South Korea will come to us 🧐

Japan has just rendered an entire generation of conventional submarines obsolete, and the world hasn’t fully realized it yet.
With the Taigei class and its lithium-ion batteries, Tokyo already set a new benchmark: up to three weeks submerged without ever raising a snorkel. That, however, was merely the opening act.
Today, Toyota and Panasonic are leading the global race in solid-state batteries, with prototypes arriving in 2027–2028, mass production after 2030, and Japan’s next submarine class will be the first to use them, either in pure battery form or as a hybrid with a small reactor for onboard recharging. This hybrid would be similar to what the Chineses are developing.
The leap is staggering. A 4,000 ton conventional submarine will patrol for 40 to 60 days without surfacing, sprint well above 20 knots for hours on end, and do it all more quietly than many nuclear subs, thanks to being significantly lighter and running solely on battery power.
Solid-state cells weigh roughly one-third as much, generate 40 % less heat, and eliminate half the cooling systems. The result is a faster, stealthier hull that can travel thousands of kilometers without ever breaking the surface.
Those hundreds of saved tons translate directly into more powerful electric motors, extra torpedoes and missiles, cutting-edge sensors, or greater crew comfort. The same hull now carries twice the energy or twice the weapons.
It means that by 2035–2040, Japan will field conventional submarines with the endurance and sprint performance of today’s 8,000-ton nuclear boats, at one-third the cost and without the political baggage of uranium.

When they are in place, I hope they secretly sneak around and sink Russian and Chinese ships until the two realize that it is no longer sustainable and are forced to dismantle their fleets!
Go Japan!
Interesting. Sweden and Japan have had a certain collaboration for several years regarding submarine technology.
I’m not sure if it concerns the propeller or the rudder or possibly both. I believe it’s the propeller that is extremely silent. I’m also unsure who owns the technology. FMV or Saab? I think FMV.
I read about this on the internet a few years ago but can’t find it right now.

All they can do is to go by sea route for everyone else to be allied.

India makes further military purchases from Russia.
“India will pay about $2 billion to lease a nuclear-powered attack submarine from Russia, finalizing a pact after a decade of stalled talks,” – Bloomberg Indian officials visited a Russian shipyard in November, and the vessel is expected to be delivered within two years, though delays are possible. The leased vessel—larger than India’s current nuclear attack subs—will be used only for training, not wartime operations, and will stay with the Navy for 10 years. A previous Russian-leased submarine was returned in 2021.”

The positive-positive thing is that Europe has now completely broken with this nonsense and just keeps coming with statement after statement about everything we do to help Ukraine win.
Unfortunately, the Belgian bastards have decided to finally become pro-Russian but otherwise it has worked quite well.
Don’t understand how we’ve bypassed Fico and Orban in votes but you don’t hear that they’re blocking anything anymore.
Putin also expects Trump to accuse Europe of being warmongers. It will soon be in capital letters on Truth Social.
Whichever way we look at it, by ignoring Europe in the negotiations, the US has led the US and Europe on a collision course.
The NSA warned us about the autumn’s Russian subversive activities and we are not disappointed.
Even the sea drone attacks on various ships could be Russian, we do not know yet.
Damn, one really hopes that this will go in the right direction now that Ukraine has shown that they can fight in the 2025 drone warfare with mobile light elite forces.
There are many of them in Europe if we pool together, and considering the condition of the Russian bastards, they might be enough.
Our mechanized brigades are being held back.
Send the light battalion and all the scouts to Ukraine now.
I absolutely think we should surprise with something like that, even though we already have some Special Operations Forces sneaking around in eastern Baltic that no one talks about.

“In reference to the recent Ukraine “talks” in Moscow, German foreign policy expert Roderich Kiesewetter made following statements: “The current talks between the US and Russia are nothing but sham negotiations that take place over our heads.
Yet, Europe is not powerless. We must now consistently employ our instruments: release Russian assets, halt the shadow fleet in the Baltic Sea, take over air defense for western Ukraine, and finally deliver Taurus missiles to neutralize more military targets even inside Russia.
Anyone who fears escalation fails to recognize that Putin is already waging this war against us through sabotage and hybrid attacks. We have squandered months waiting on the US, which is now withdrawing from its protective role.
It is up to the Europeans: Only if we take our security into our own hands and confront Putin with maximum resolve and strength can we force him to back down. Any hesitation or appeasement, or one-sided pressure on the attacked Ukraine, will only broaden the war.”

“59-year-old Ukrainian soldier Anatolij wants nothing more than for the war to end and to be able to return to his family. But not at any cost. That’s why he views Donald Trump’s peace efforts with skepticism.
– If someone took a part of his territory, what would he say? The same goes for us, Anatolij tells Sky News.
The question of giving up occupied land is a red line for Ukraine, but also a point that the Russians are unwilling to compromise on. Anatolij and the other soldiers in his brigade feel resigned, but hope for a solution beyond the battlefield.
– I don’t want more people to fall, more to die. I want the politicians to somehow come to an agreement.”
Off-Topic, Trump Approval Ratings
The Economist, worst so far – 19%.
Trump was almost about to surpass the previous bottom record of the last presidential term, but then it turned down again.
At the New York Times, there has been a small step in the other direction, he has improved by one percent to -14%. He was at +9% shortly after being sworn in.
It’s been a while since I checked the ruble. Even the Russians themselves are starting to complain that something is wrong and that it is overvalued, so the value is of course quite meaningless as it is manipulated.
However, the ruble continues to strengthen, USD to ruble:
Now, USD is not doing so well, for example against the Euro:
But even the Euro is losing value against the ruble:
How do they manipulate the ruble exchange rate?
Asking for a friend 😶
Good that Trump’s popularity is starting to decline so he can feel how fun it is to be a traitor.
I’ve guessed that he might be able to buy the midterm election by opening the federal wallet to the right states, but if it goes down too much, it might not be enough.
Then there will be two years of lame-duck where he can play golf.
Saw some article that the customs officials had not given as much as estimated.
Trump counted on receiving “Trillions and trillions of dollars” but him, of course, can be ignored, but economists had estimated that it would be at least 500, maybe even up to 1000 billion USD per year, but now it looks like it will end up around 400.
A lot of money anyway, of course, but the room to buy voters by handing out money left and right is of course not as big.
Remember the meeting Trump had with some women’s association who were concerned about the support for single women who can’t make ends meet. They asked what his plan was to solve it.
Of course, he had no answer to that, just smoothed it over by saying it was a non-issue because the customs would give those “trillions and trillions of dollars”, so much more than what the audience could imagine, so the support for women was a non-issue and nothing to worry about.
It would automatically resolve itself when US revenues would become so enormous.
Instead, Trump has cut back on most things, I wonder what the women in that association think about Trump today.
I think it’s very important that the major battlefield of Fallujah in the USA is like a calm weekend for Ukraine. The Marine Corps got whipped, and then in round two, they had hell but declared themselves Pyrrhic victors.
UA has reached wizard level and can transfer it to Europe.
The mistrust towards the USA is significant among European leaders when it comes to the Ukraine war, writes the German Der Spiegel. The newspaper has obtained a protocol from a phone call between, among others, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to the leaked notes from the crisis call, Macron warned that “there is a risk that the USA will abandon Ukraine in territorial matters without clear security guarantees.” He is also said to have described the situation in the negotiations as “a great danger” for Zelensky. However, the Élysée Palace disputes the quotes attributed to Macron.
Merz is said to have stated that the Ukrainian president needs to be “very cautious.”
“They are playing with both you and us,” Merz said according to the document about the USA’s talks with Moscow.
Finland’s President Alexander Stubb and NATO chief Mark Rutte also expressed their concerns during the call and reportedly expressed a need to “protect Zelensky.”

The US Department of the Treasury gives the green light for Russian Lukoil gas stations to continue their operations in the country, international news agencies report. This means that parts of the sanctions against the Russian energy giant are now paused.
In October, President Donald Trump imposed sanctions on both Lukoil and Rosneft due to Russia’s warfare in Ukraine. Even though the gas stations are now allowed to continue, the US is still blocking money from reaching Russia.
According to Reuters, today’s decision is valid until the end of April 2026.
