If you want to be a bit bluntly dry bureaucrat – we have laws to follow AND we have accepted the UN’s child legislation or whatever it is called.
If you are a professional criminal, gang criminal or criminal clan member, according to the above laws you are not suitable as a parent and the children should be taken into care. Or if you, as a minor, become seriously criminal (contract killings for example) regardless of family, reasonably?
Now this is not done to the extent it should be because it is practically impossible and instead we end up with child soldiers. Partly this probably has to do with the fact that in municipalities with strong crime, the municipalities have capitulated to the gangs and criminal clans and do not dare to touch them. Gothenburg, for example, has a widespread culture of silence around the criminals.
Then it becomes the national raids instead where taking children into care is one of the parts together with the police, the enforcement authority, the tax agency and I guess that is what they are opposing?
Considering where the two campaigns have come from, maybe we can also conclude which criminal groups feel it is unfair not to be able to raise child soldiers?
