The total from AFU is record-breaking with 311 battles, of which 283 along some of the front sections in the report.
However, no clear difference regarding focus or local possible records. It is well then Oleksandrivskij, neighboring sector to Pokrovsk southwest, which often ranges between 20-40, but in the last day had visits from 56 Russian attack groups. Here we must rely on an effective defense. Fertilization is often done on the autumn edge*? Tror RU måste visa framsteg på slagfältet = intensivare.
UA is now exposed to the worst hybrid attack in the entire war, with the USA leading the GRU operation to politically try to bring down the country.
They should be ashamed for choosing Russia over Europe, but they did the same in 1945, so everything remains the same.
Soon there will probably be accusations against Zelensky?

And nothing about Trump if one is to believe Jeffrey Epstein’s brother Mark Epstein:
”Mark Epstein now suspects that the Epstein documents have been edited to protect Donald Trump. ”Scrubbed”, as Mark Epstein says.
He refers to the investigation that the Department of Justice is obligated to disclose in the coming months.
A source with insight is said to have told private investigator Mark Epstein that all references to Trump and Republican financiers have been removed from the pages.”
Who believes that his brother was murdered in prison:
”Mark Epstein was called to the morgue to identify the body.
However, since then, the brother has come to doubt that the cause of death was suicide.
He is convinced that Jeffrey was murdered. And he is not alone in doubting the established cause of death. Mark Epstein hired an experienced forensic pathologist, Michael Baden, who did not believe he could confirm suicide. Mark Epstein demands that the circumstances surrounding his brother’s death be investigated by an independent expert.”

Yes, of course there is nothing about Trump, he would never have allowed them to be released otherwise.
I would probably be surprised if the documents were not edited. I assume the number of Democrats has grown at the same rate as Trump’s name has disappeared.

⚡️⚡️The Afipsky oil refinery, aircraft repair plant, and other occupiers’ facilities were hit
⚡️As part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, on the night of November 29, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out successful strikes on several important facilities belonging to the Russian aggressor.
⚡️In particular, in the city of Taganrog, Rostov Region, Russia, the facilities of the G.M. Beriev Aviation Repair Plant, where Tu-95 strategic bombers and A-50 AWACS aircraft are being modernized, were hit. According to preliminary information, a fire broke out in the Tu-95 aircraft repair shop. The results are being clarified.
⚡️The Ukrainian Defense Forces also struck the Afipsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation, which is involved in supplying the Russian occupation army. Explosions were recorded in the area of the target, followed by a fire at the facility.
The extent of the damage is being clarified.
⚡️In addition, the destruction of the RV-5000 vertical tank as a result of strikes on November 25, 2025, on the infrastructure of the Tuapse port marine oil terminal in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation has been confirmed.
💥The joint combat operations of all components of the Defense Forces against important targets of the Russian Armed Forces will continue until the complete cessation of Russian armed aggression against Ukraine.
To be continued!

29.11.2025 update. The overnight attack on mainly Kyiv is of course my main topic. 632 airborne objects of which 577 were intercepted. This result makes me want to analyze the attack from a military perspective, so my headline for the update will be:
Massive Russian air offensive on the night of November 29 – and why Ukraine still manages to neutralize 91 percent of the threats
During the night of November 29, Russia carried out one of the most intense and technically complex air operations so far in the war.
The attack was mainly aimed at critical infrastructure in the Kyiv region, but included targets throughout the country. Despite the breadth and composition of the attack, the Ukrainian air defense managed to knock out 577 out of a total of 632 hostile air attack systems, corresponding to a neutralization rate of around 91 percent.
This update not only analyzes what happened, but I will also try to explain why it happened – and what it says about the development of the ongoing air war.
1. Construction of the attack: an attempt to overwhelm Ukraine’s air defense
Russia’s attack consisted of a combination of quantity, speed, and diversity, a method aimed at breaking through Ukraine’s layered air defense.
Total targets detected: 632
• 596 attack drones (Shahed, Gerbera, etc.)
• 5 aeroballistic Kinzjal
• 23 cruise missiles (Kh-101/Iskander-K)
• 4 ballistic Iskander-M
• 4 guided air-launched missiles Kh-59/69
It is important to note that nearly 600 drones were launched from several geographic directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Achtarsk, and Crimea. This is a typical attempt at “swarm attacks,” where the aim is to saturate and distract the air defense, force Ukrainian units to waste missiles, and break through with cruise and ballistic weapons.
The fact that Russia used 350+ Shahed drones in a single night is a strategic sign: the industry in Russia is now producing these systems at a very high rate, and Moscow is trying to use them in volume rather than precision.
2. Ukraine’s response: technical and organizational superiority
Despite the scale of the attack, Ukraine managed to shoot down or electronically neutralize:
• 558 drones
• 1 Kinzjal
• 12 cruise missiles
• 4 ballistic Iskander-M
• 2 Kh-59/69
This shows that Ukraine no longer relies primarily on Western systems (Patriot, NASAMS, IRIS-T), but that domestic systems and electronic warfare components (EW) have become a central part of the air defense.
Key factor: Electronic warfare
The fact that so many targets are listed as “shot down/suppressed” means that Ukraine is using:
• GPS jamming
• communication jamming
• drone capture
• EW bubbles around strategic targets
This is crucial because EW is much cheaper than missile defense.
One of Russia’s strategic weaknesses is that the Shahed drones are extremely vulnerable to EW.
3. The importance of the missile component: 5 Kinzjal and 4 Iskander-M
Russia combined the drone swarm with:
• aeroballistic Kinzjal (Mach 10+)
• ballistic Iskander-M (Mach 6-7)
• cruise missiles (low altitude, terrain-following)
This is a classic “multi-vector penetration strike.”
The purpose is to:
1. force the air defense to activate in multiple dimensions (horizontally and vertically),
2. create gaps by forcing systems to switch targets,
3. exploit speed and altitude differences.
But Ukraine managed to shoot down even a Kinzjal – something that is still extremely rare globally.
It indicates that the Patriot systems have reached a high level of integration with radar and warning systems, a system entirely developed by Ukraine.
4. How Russia tried to achieve hits – and where they succeeded
Despite a high neutralization rate, the following are reported:
• missile hits and 35 drone impacts in 22 different areas
• fragment fallout in 17 locations
It is logical in an operation of this scale: even 90% interdiction means that 10% gets through – and when 632 weapons are fired, it means that 60+ systems can penetrate.
Likely Russian targets:
• energy systems (transformer stations, power plants)
• military equipment logistics
• storage and repair facilities
• communication hubs
• air defense positions
Russia systematically tests where in the country EW or air defense is weakest, which has been a continuous pattern since October 2022.
5. The major conclusion: Russia increases in quantity – Ukraine increases in quality
Russia focuses on mass production and saturation attacks.
Firing almost 600 drones in one night requires a functioning industrial pace, but it also says something else: Moscow lacks precision and relies on volume, not quality.
Ukraine focuses on integrated air defense:
• EW + air defense + radar → in real-time coordination
• Ukraine’s domestic drone and EW production is growing rapidly
• Western systems are used as “high-end spearheads” against Kinzjal/Iskander
This is why 91% of the attack failed.
6. Future assessment – what does this mean for the coming months?
For Russia:
• Similar mass attacks are likely to continue in the coming winter months.
• The aim is to disrupt the energy system and increase civilian pressure.
• At the same time, Russia is rapidly depleting stocks and industrial capacity.
For Ukraine:
• The priority is to further strengthen EW capacity in western and central regions.
• Integration between NATO radar and Ukrainian systems is crucial.
• Ukraine shows that it can handle even “record attacks” – a psychological setback for Moscow.
Conclusion
The Russian attack on November 28-29 was not just a military assault, but also a stress test of Ukraine’s air defense. The result was clear:
Russia can increase volume – but Ukraine is improving its quality and efficiency even faster.

I have said it before. Extremely good. Extremely harmful to the Russian economy if U manages to attack the shadow fleet. Preferably in the Baltic Sea as well. However, it’s difficult to see how that would be possible.
Can’t we provide Ukraine with one of our submarines? (One can dream, right?)
Then maybe they can trick the Russians into escorting the shadow fleet. Sink the escort in the North Sea or something. Then the shadow fleet will probably get the hint. If not…
Good idea Jan W. Have actually been thinking about this myself.
We actually have an extra submarine in reserve. HMS Östergötland is located in Karlskrona and basically “waiting for orders”. It has not received funding for the final upgrade, which its sister Södermanland has. Together with three Gotland submarines, these submarines make up the submarine force today. Västergötland and Hälsingland, which were part of the same series, were sold to Singapore.
But it seems like something is happening with Östergötland after all. I read a few days ago that it is somehow going to be included in Poland’s submarine order. It is equipped with a Sterling engine and will likely be refurbished and leased by Poland for crew training. I have not received confirmation on the latter, so take it with a grain of salt.
Significantly cheaper to give away something sharp where they can send off their sea babies from.
Exactly. More shallows in the archipelago would be better.

The political storm in UA designed by GRU, fronted by Trump, should probably not be underestimated.
As always, it takes an existing problem and blows it up.
If UA falls politically, it will also fall militarily, which is of course what GRU is trying to achieve.
Europe is doing everything right now but must continue and increase the pressure.
What do you hear about Zelensky?
Does any of what the GRU threw through Trump stick?
Very empty here today……maybe everyone is busy with Christmas shopping.
Completely off topic….
Here in the capital of the realm, they have managed to complicate all Saturday shopping in the city by granting a Palestine demonstration that marches through the city every Saturday for an indefinite period in the future. This results in 12 bus lines being partially withdrawn and partially given other routes, as well as 100 bus stops being withdrawn for more than five hours every Saturday during the best sales hours.
It doesn’t make it easier for the public to shop in city center stores, so it will probably be more online shopping and driving to a shopping center in the suburbs. And so the vibrant city center dies a little more.
In any case, it’s an extremely strange decision with this permit, getting approved every Saturday like this is just idiotic, better once a month, or even better quarterly in the city, then in other places around the Stockholm area might have worked.
You can compare it to the Monday Movement, for example, and their weekly meetings on a square in the middle of the city that doesn’t disturb the public or public transport at all, and has been going on for ages now. Or the one at Free Ukraine Square….
No, soon one loses it.
