    1. Should distribute flyers along the route with photographs of European truck drivers taking a break at a green rest area along the Autobahn or having a coffee in the lounge at Trelleborg – Sassnitz.

    2. Yes, now Ukraine has started the work of making the southern front “untenable” as Hodges usually says. I believe the soft approach will hold now. It will be interesting to see what happens when the Russian front-line supplies seriously start to run out, not least water.

  1. AFU reports:

    302 combat clashes
    81 airstrikes
    270 KAB/CAB
    9,584 kamikaze drones
    3066 shells (38 from MLRS)
Many combat clashes, KAB and drones.
  2. Good morning! During the night, Rosneft’s oil refinery in Russian Saratov was visited and several fires broke out. According to Russian authorities, a total of 216 drones entered the western parts of the country during the night.

Late last night, a fuel depot at Matvejev Kurgan in the Russian Rostov region was also visited and a severe fire broke out. The Russian-occupied parts of southern Ukraine are being systematically starved of fuel.

  3. Off-Topic, China-Japan

2Japan’s Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi is concerned about China spending more and more on defense. When Koizumi spoke at the major security conference Shangri-La in Singapore, he talked about the growing tensions in the region.

    – China’s actions and military activities are a source of serious concern, both for Japan and the international community, he said according to Reuters.

The minister also pushed back against Chinese accusations that Japan would return to militarism.

    – Think about it. There is a country that has a huge arsenal of nuclear weapons and strategic bombers. Japan has none of that.”

    1. Good that from the Japanese side they respond to both the propaganda and the actual circumstances. As well as strengthening their own defense.

  4. Off-Topic, the war in Iran

“US President Donald Trump has changed several parts of a proposed agreement with Iran that is on the table, reports the New York Times. Sources tell the newspaper that Trump has tightened the US demands.

Axios has received the same information and their sources state that the president has mainly made changes in parts concerning Iran’s nuclear energy. The move is said to aim at putting more pressure on Iran to agree to a deal with the US. It may take a few days for the parties to review and discuss the new proposal, according to the site.

Several media outlets have reported this week that a deal has been negotiated and that what remains is Trump’s approval.”

    1. “Donald Trump claims that Iran has given him guarantees that the country will not acquire nuclear weapons. In an interview with his daughter-in-law Lara Trump on Fox News, the president says that his only demand of Iran is that they do not have any atomic bombs.

      – They have agreed to that, and it was very interesting, he says in the interview.

The US and Iran still seem to be far apart despite Trump’s new statements. Besides Iranian nuclear weapons, the opening of the Strait of Hormuz is important for the administration.

Both the New York Times and Axios report that Donald Trump has recently tightened the US demands in the proposed agreement on the table to put more pressure on Iran.

Iran claimed even before the war that it does not intend to acquire nuclear weapons.”

  5. Heavy fighting from the Russian side in Oleksandrivka (Oleksandrivskij) as the Russians are under Ukrainian attack, with only four counterattacks. Significantly higher Russian pressure in the flanking sectors Pokrovsk and Huliaipole with 46 Russian attacks each. Otherwise, it is Ukraine that has increased the pressure, surpassing the Russian side in the number of attacks.

    1. The highest Ukrainian pressure since measurements began on May 1, 2025. Despite already high Russian pressure. Where UA must hold out.

    2. Finally! Further evidence that Ukraine has launched an offensive we have been waiting for several years. It’s good that they have the patience to wait for the right moment.

  6. Off-topic, Iran,

As MXT reports above, but apparently cannot be repeated enough, President Donald Trump is tightening his demands in a new agreement proposal to Iran to apply pressure and accelerate the negotiations, after frustration over the country’s slow response. The new conditions specifically concern Iran’s nuclear capability and an opening of the Strait of Hormuz.

    1. Is an opening of Hormuz really something that should be included in the agreement? Then we indirectly acknowledge that Iran owns the strait? This could set an unfortunate precedent that free trade routes are no longer free?

        1. 😀 I still think it is best to let the rules apply.

If we end up in war, it is of course a different matter if we want to establish a blockade.

  7. Off-Topic, USA’s 250th Anniversary Celebration

Several artists have withdrawn from participating in the celebration upon realizing that it will have a political tone. Then Trump decides to go all the way and make it entirely about himself.

“Donald Trump is considering canceling the music festival planned for the USA’s 250th anniversary, after a number of booked artists withdrew. This is reported by Sky News.

According to a post on Truth Social, the president plans instead to hold a political campaign rally.

‘I am thinking of booking the biggest attraction in the whole world, the man who draws a bigger audience than Elvis at his peak, and who does it without a guitar,’ Trump writes about himself.

Trump also takes the opportunity to call the dropouts – including Poison frontman Bret Michaels and The Commodores – ‘overpaid third-rate artists.'”

California has a two-round majority vote system where the top two in the primary face each other.
A system that I consider significantly better than the traditional one that most other states have.

“But the election is a so-called ‘jungle primary.’ Unlike regular primaries, where each party selects its candidate, the two participants who receive the most votes advance—regardless of party affiliation.
This means that the governor’s race in November could be between two Republicans.”

  10. 205 is wonderful in everything he writes. Now he entered the route Trelleborg Sassnitz. Did you know what troubles the captains of the Swedish ferries had here during the 1950s?
Tage Erlander had to get tough when the Germans practiced attacks against the Swedish ferries in the southern Baltic Sea. The East German diplomat was crushed by Erlander, I can say. The East Germans practiced attacks against the Swedish-flagged ships. Sweden recognized East Germany early, and this was appreciated by East Germany.

  14. Russia threatened just a few days ago to attack all Ukrainian nuclear power plants if they attacked the one in Zaporizhzhia, then this happens.

Russian false-flag or Ukraine exposing the bluff?

“A drone hit the occupied Ukrainian nuclear power plant Zaporizhzhia in southern Ukraine on Saturday, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on social media. Russia accuses Ukraine of what it describes as a ‘deliberate attack’ on the sensitive facility. Ukraine denies the accusations. According to the IAEA, the drone caused a hole in the wall of a turbine hall but did not cause any leakage. ‘No attacks of any kind should be carried out from or against the facility. Attacking nuclear power plants is playing with fire,’ writes IAEA chief Rafael Grossi in a statement.”

    https://omni.se/a/0pLxPB

    1. “Ukraine strongly denies the allegations that they attacked the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant with a drone, writes The Independent. The Russian nuclear energy company Rosatom has said that the drone that hit the facility on Saturday was controlled via fiber optic cable, which they claim shows that the attack was not accidental. “It is unclear why Ukraine would attack its own nuclear power plant, located on our own territory, which we are trying to regain under our own control,” the Ukrainian military writes in a statement according to AP.”

    2. Of course, the entire invasion of Ukraine is a gigantic false flag aimed at being able to attack their own energy infrastructure, their own cities, schools, hospitals, and museums and blame the poor innocent barbarians.

    1. The same account claims that Xi has Parkinson’s, that he has been hospitalized several times due to stroke, and that the risk is now high that Europe will go to war against Russia because of the drone in Romania. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Horrible. One of them is going to be named after my home municipality. I don’t want to look at them.

  15. The Russian bastards have been doing it for a long time and we in Europe are sacrificing country after country.

Only one reason why Putin has problems today – the Ukrainian shooting.

Everyone else has played along because we know better and are morally superior.

Sacrificing others for peace is just cowardly and spineless.

  16. That RU is causing a nuclear power accident in Ukraine is highly likely.

Before they retreat, they will also SHELL all ammunition everywhere they can reach and kill as many civilians as they find in occupied areas.

That is what they have always done.

Before they implode, they will surely do something more against us – what do they have to lose

“When a war game stops being a warning and starts looking like a forecast.” Moscow attacks Lithuania from three directions – new NATO simulations show.

The German defense company Helsing, together with American military personnel and former Pentagon staff, conducted an advanced command and staff exercise. The scenario: Moscow strikes simultaneously from Kaliningrad, from the south, and from the east via Belarus.

In the base scenario, only Lithuania + the German brigade on site could hold out – and only for a few days. On day 5, Vilnius fell. Russia established a “nuclear umbrella” over Lithuania. NATO hesitated to intervene fully.

But in the second scenario, everything changed: Lithuania received 12,000 AI-driven attack drones (Helsing HX-2). The result? Russia’s offensive was stopped, losses soared, and Lithuania was able to hold the line until NATO’s main forces arrived.

The American military assessment: 12,000 drones can take out over a third of a Russian army in ten days. Countries bordering Russia can practically neutralize three Russian frontline armies in 1–2 weeks.

This is not science fiction. It is Europe’s new mathematics: AI drones > Russian mass.

North of the Daugava, on the other hand, they avoid the entire Latvian defense, Lithuania, the Poles, Germany, the Swedish battalion, the Canadian-led brigade, and the Germans.

  19. Trump has listened to The Old Man (or DG stuck a sharp thing in DT’s ear)
🇺🇸🇺🇦 Trump Apologized to Zelenskyy! The political landscape has been shaken. According to reports, a phone call took place that could significantly alter the course of events. Donald Trump personally called Volodymyr Zelenskyy and, according to sources, acknowledged that his previous position on Ukraine had been mistaken. It appears that Trump’s proposed “peace plans” may be evolving into something entirely different. The situation is becoming increasingly difficult for the occupiers. Could this be the end of “peace plans” built at Ukraine’s expense?

    1. Cautiously optimistic – we have seen this before.

Also coming after the meeting with Xi, they have probably cooked up something.

Trump also has to balance Europe, if he pushes us over our red line we will colonize the world again.

    1. What LW wrote was:

“The FSB is said to have taken control of the drug trade in Saint Petersburg, and that was the foundation of Putin’s wealth and rise. As for the whorebook, he is said to have been a pillow boy for the KGB in Germany during the Cold War. Which probably shows what can happen to a person who is forced into a sexuality other than their own and the backlash that trauma can create. Worth thinking about today when several well-known debaters and politicians have come out and said they are prepared to use violence and torture and take maximum prison sentences to force others into a sexuality.”

It is rather that he points out what can happen if someone is forced into the wrong gender identity and that it might be something to consider for those who advocate it.

How you can get him to compare Agnes with Putin I find hard to understand.
