Estimated 500,000 Russian soldiers have died in the war in Ukraine
The British intelligence service estimates that approximately 500,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in the war in Ukraine. The head of the British military, Sir Rich Knighton, announced during a press conference that, among other things, “I think these figures clearly illustrate the senseless waste of human lives for such small gains, and against such an illegal goal from President (Vladimir) Putin.”
The head of Britain’s intelligence, cyber, and security service, Anne Keast-Butler, earlier said that “new intelligence” revealed that nearly 500,000 Russian troops had been killed in the war by the end of May. Knighton said that the number of Russian casualties, meaning dead, wounded, and missing, is believed to be 1.5 million since February 2022, which matches Ukrainian estimates.
Ukraine’s General Staff reported on September 11 that the number of Russian casualties, meaning dead, wounded, and missing, now exceeds 1.5 million since the start of the full-scale invasion. The figure includes 1,490 casualties suffered by Russian forces in the past day.
The Kremlin’s total personnel losses in Ukraine now exceed the combined death toll suffered by Russian and Soviet forces in all wars and armed conflicts during the second half of the 20th century and the early 2000s, according to the Ukrainian General Staff. With such a high death toll, Knighton said the war has begun to affect Russia’s economic outlook. Read more here:
At least 12 injured in attacks on Odesa
A multi-story building in Odesa was hit and damaged by a Russian drone during an attack on the night of September 12, local authorities announced. At least 12 people were injured in the attack, reported the head of Odesa’s military administration, Serhiy Lysak. Odesa’s rescue teams were deployed to assist those affected on site. All injured victims have been hospitalized. A video from residents shows a tall apartment building with several floors damaged and on fire, with debris scattered on the street below. The Ukrainian Air Force warned that Shahed drones were still active in the region after the attack.
To protect against the attacks, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has repeatedly urged foreign allies to help strengthen Ukraine’s air defense, and during a trip to Canada, Zelenskyy and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney signed a declaration establishing a 100-year partnership on September 10 and agreed to deepen cooperation in defense, energy, technology, trade, and reconstruction. Thank you MXT, for this morning’s update.
11 lv-systems, that must almost be a record.!!
You are absolutely right, it is also a new record! 👍
The previous one was at 9.
205 statistics would be good now but I guess that UA attacks are high.
It seems that UA has crossed Zherebets – that is a BIGGIE for trench lovers.
I don’t think the 3rd AC misses any chances and they are highly competent, one of the best in the world.
Then a couple of places more as said but RU is bleeding out now.
Mobilization – I have a feeling it will not go well, we’ll see.
With a bit of luck it is the matchstick.
If RU falls everything falls, I still believe that is the case but we shall see.
Yes, missing the statistics of 205.
An explosion occurred on Saturday at an ammunition depot in Bulgaria, the country’s police told AFP. The incident is one in a series targeting the European arms industry recently.
Suspicions are once again directed at Russia, which has been accused of conducting hybrid warfare against European actors supplying Ukraine with weapons and ammunition.
Danish PET as recently as last weekend raised the alarm that ordinary Danes are being recruited to carry out reconnaissance missions against weapons facilities. EU chief Ursula von der Leyen, for her part, has pointed to Russia as the instigator of an “escalation” on European soil, writes the online magazine EU-observer.
The extent of yesterday’s explosion is unclear, but there are no reports of injuries. Russia has categorically denied all allegations of a Russian sabotage campaign against European interests.
Could this also be Russian sabotage?
“French police suspect that the commuter train that derailed between Rouen and Caen in Normandy on Friday evening did so due to sabotage, reports AFP.
44 people were injured, one seriously. Initial reports on the French TV channel BFMTV claimed that the train collided with an object just before the derailment. Now sources tell AFP that what lay across the tracks was a piece of rail, an iron piece that according to police assessment was deliberately placed there.
There is still no suspect for the crime.”

The dream – RU collapses and splits into ten new countries.
The Iranian regime falls.
China faces export bans to Europe and the USA.
A good start 👍
** 🇺🇦💡 Ukrainian energy sector will need at least 91 billion for the next decade, – Shmyhal According to Energy Minister, this involves a large-scale demand for investments, new generation, technologies and energy equipment.
Ukraine is already simplifying conditions for business: the time for issuing technical conditions for connecting new generation has been reduced from 10 to 2 days, and the number of required documents has been reduced from seven to two.
A competition has also been launched for the construction of 1.5 GW of new highly maneuverable generation. **

Taking the opportunity to remind about Power Up Ukraine
Jodi MXT – the hybrid war started last summer with the beginning of the forest fires.
Therefore, one should now carefully assume that it is Russian until proven otherwise 😀
If you remember the posts, RU was also supposed to start state-supported migrant flows, political chaos and gangs, right-wing extremists, left-wing extremists, and Islamists on our streets.
We see all of that.
They are going to cut submarine cables and also strike against our electricity production and energy infrastructure.
They are the low-hanging fruits.
Then there will probably be financial chaos starting this autumn, which was probably also on the list 😀
Here the threads can check it out but I have read somewhere that the major power outage on the Iberian Peninsula happened a day or two after Spain took a hard stance against Israel.
Hey, Saudi doesn’t look great 😳
Apparently it was the USA that stopped a Saudi airstrike against the Houthi soft targets when they were on foot through the desert.
Saudi has a large air force.
If Iran manages to export the war to Saudi, it would be, to say the least, exciting…
That one is wild, artillery is ridiculously expensive and drones are a cheap mass weapon.
Yes, everything rotates but for the next 20 years it looks like this
Houthi are “entrenched” but in that region it can change in days, whole armies switching sides or simply fleeing. Houthi are quite like the Kurds, a tough gang simply.
Trump is probably in a tough spot with Iran and doesn’t want an expanded conflict but he doesn’t decide that.
Houthi fired over 300 ships in the Red Sea over two years so they have at least forfeited my sympathy. They support Russia and Iran.
Now that they have stolen the key to the Red Sea, they will strongly influence the oil price, so even stronger reasons for them to disappear.
Europe should absolutely assist there.
Still a lot of smoke.
