The 1,668th day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun.
In the past 24 hours, a total of 230 combat contacts were recorded.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 95 air strikes, during which 295 guided aerial bombs were dropped. Additionally, the attackers used 9,614 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,770 shellings against communities and our troops’ positions, including 44 with rocket artillery.
Hostile shelling affected, among others, the communities of Bezsalivka, Korenok, Ulanove, Rohizne, Tovstodubove, Potapivka, Sopych, Hirky, Yastrubshchyna, Atynske, Luzhky, Neskuchne, Kucherivka, Holyshivske, Romashkove, Budky, Rozhkovychi, Iskryskivshchyna, Fotovyzh, Vovkivka, Nova Huta, and Volfyne in the Sumy region, as well as Mykhalchyna-Sloboda and Kliuchi in the Chernihiv region. Kucherivka and Tovstodubove were subjected to air strikes.
In the past 24 hours, the defense forces’ aviation, missile units, and artillery hit two areas with concentrations of enemy personnel, five unmanned aerial vehicle command posts, five artillery systems and artillery positions, three command posts, three other important enemy targets, a command post, and a repair base belonging to the occupiers.
On the northern Slobozhansky and Kursk sectors, an enemy assault attempt was recorded in the past 24 hours. The attacker conducted 42 shellings against our troops’ positions and communities.
On the southern Slobozhansky sector, Ukrainian units repelled 14 enemy attacks. The attackers tried to advance toward the communities of Mala Vovcha, Buhaivka, Kozacha Lopan, Lyman, Prylipka, Ternova, Karaichne, Potykhonove, Rybalchyne, and Zakharivka.
On the Kupiansk sector, the enemy tried three times to improve their positions through assault operations toward Petropavlivka and Kivsharivka.
Attempts to break into our defense were repelled on the Lyman sector, where the occupiers carried out ten attacks toward the communities of Kopanky, Hrekivka, Shyikivka, Novoselivka, Lyman, and Dibrova.
On the Sloviansk sector, the enemy conducted five assault attempts in the areas around Yampil, Kryva Luka, and Mykolaivka.
On the Kramatorsk sector, the Russian attackers carried out two offensive operations toward Vasiutynske.
On the Kostiantynivka sector, 19 attacks were recorded. The attackers conducted assault operations in the area around Kostiantynivka and toward Osykove, Dovha Balka, Pryiut, Stepy, and Vilne.
On the Pokrovsk sector, the enemy carried out 25 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance toward the communities of Bilytske, Hannivka, Dobropillia, Novyi Donbas, Novohrishyne, Vasylivka, Serhiivka, Molodetske, and Novopavlivka.
On the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy attacked twice toward Novoheorhiivka.
On the Huljajpole sector, the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions seven times. The enemy tried to advance toward the communities of Vozdvyzhivka, Rizdvianka, Krynychne, and Charivne.
On the Orikhiv sector, according to updated information, the enemy tried four times to improve their positions through attacks toward Chervona Krynytsia, Pavlivka, and Malokaterynivka.
On the Prydniprovsk sector, the occupiers did not conduct any offensive operations.
On the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs have been detected that the enemy is forming offensive force groupings.
In total, the Russian attackers’ losses in the past 24 hours amounted to 1,420 personnel. Additionally, five tanks, seven armored fighting vehicles, 75 artillery systems, three multiple launch rocket systems, one air defense system, 12 ground-based missile systems, 1,808 unmanned aerial vehicles, 424 vehicles, and four units of special equipment were neutralized.

I think the government has handled the Ukraine aid very well. With Pål Johnsson as defense minister and the best man on the field, M should have gotten more mandates.
But many probably cast their support votes for Simona. Regardless of what you think about the government, they don’t need to be ashamed of the Ukraine aid.

A pure S government where S draws support from the other parties might be the best option right now. That way, we avoid red lines and prolonged negotiations. And the threat of a snap election. We are in troubled times, so there is no room for bickering back and forth.
The Reinfeldt government sounds like the least harmful. The question, however, is whether it is reasonable for a government to have the support of 99/349 parts of the parliament?
